The property features a single-level layout comprising three tastefully appointed bedrooms one shared bathroom and also a private bathroom en-suited within one of the bedrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all occupants.

Villa Michael boasts a private 30m2 swimming pool (1.50m depth), perfect for leisurely afternoons surrounded by lush gardens and olive trees. The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge, ensuring year-round enjoyment.


Property Layout

First Floor
The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining room. The villa is designed to cover the needs of a luxurious stay and offers the necessary equipment, so that you don’t lack anything. The living room features two sofa beds, a 32’’ Smart HD TV with many apps such as Netflix and a small table for your needs. Next to the living room you’ll find the a modern fully equipped kitchen which with all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday.There is also a full bathroom with washing machine on this level.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom (1): A sanctuary of comfort and luxury, featuring a Queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters), an ensuite full bathroom adorned with a standalone shower, air conditioning for optimal climate control, an open closet for storage convenience, and access to a shared balcony boasting breathtaking views of both the sea and mountains.

Master Bedroom (2): A retreat of tranquility, outfitted with a spacious Double size bed (1.50 x 2.00 meters), ensuring restful nights. Complete with air conditioning for personalized comfort and a closet for organizing belongings.

Bedroom (3): Versatile in design, this bedroom offers two twin size beds (0.90 x 2.00 meters) that may seamlessly convert into a King size bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters), catering to individual preferences. Equipped with air conditioning for climate control, a closet for storage, and a balcony overlooking the lush garden, providing a serene ambiance.

Each bedroom within Villa Michael is meticulously designed to offer utmost comfort and relaxation, ensuring a rejuvenating stay amidst the tranquil surroundings of Triopetra.

Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company “NEF NEF”and anatomical mattresses of “ISTIKBAL” made of 100% natural materials.

Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:
- Α private 30m2 swimming pool (1,50m depth). The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)
- Pool terrace is equipped with four sun beds and an outdoor shower
