Perfect place, great accomodation
Great place just 1 km from the great beach. Very few buildings around, only pure nature. Well equipped villa, spacious, with a cute garden. The only thing we lacked was a dishwasher.

L’endroit était un peu sauvage, pas trop touristique. La vue magnifique. Des plages superbes à proximité. Les salles de bains et terrasse pour chaque chambre ont été appréciées. Bref excellent s éjour.

Pour des vacances de rêve à 12
La maison et la piscine ne viennent pas d'être livrées. Elles répondent cependant toutes deux aux attentes d'un large groupe (famille ou amis) en vacances dans un site tout simplement exceptionnel : 6 chambres spacieuses indépendantes (wc + douche), large séjour donnant sur une terrasse non moins large où tout le monde se retrouve sans se marcher dessus et piscine toujours rafraichissante (même quand il fait plus de 40° !) avant ou après la mer située à moins de 2 minutes en voiture.

Wir hatten ein sehr gute Zeit
Sehr großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz. Die Küchenaustattung war sehr reichhaltig, allerdings war die Beleuchtung der Arbeitsflächen zu düster. Der Garten ist sehr geplegt aber ein paar Kräuter zum Kochen wären sehr schön. Der Swimmingpool ist super wenn man vom schwimmen im Meer oder von einer Wanderung zurückkehrt.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren mit dem Gastgeber sehr zufrieden.

Séjour au calme, proches de plages magnifiques
La maison dispose d'une salle de bain/wc par chambre et est située au milieu des oliviers et des moutons. .La maison est un peu dans son jus. La piscine est un peu petite et commence à se désagréger ,elle est presque inutile vue les plages non loin. Les plages à moins de 15mn de voiture sont très belles et peu peuplées. Les restaurants (Tavernes) à proximité (moins de 10mn) sont tous de très bonnes qualités et les crétois sont tous très accueillants.. Il faut 30mn de voiture pour trouver des commerces (supermarche ...).Alexander est un hôte attentif et disponible. Un super séjour au calme et avec des paysages inoubliables.

Maison très fonctionnelle avec lave-vaisselle.
Le seul bémol serait que la voiture est obligatoire pour les courses. Mais à part ça rien à dire.

Purtoppo i problemi sono iniziati all’arrivo.Il proprietaro che secondo l’annuncio doveva parlare inglese e invece parlava solo greco, voleva farci pagare extra per l’aria condizionata che, invece, era inclusa nel prezzo.C’e’ voluta piu’ di un’ora per arrivare ad un accordo.in tutto questo la sua attitudine era aggressiva e poco educata.Il giorno dopo abbiamo avuto un grosso problema con il sistema delle fognatura ed ancora il prprietario e’ stato molto poco educato e molto aggressivo dandoci anche la colpa di quanto era accaduto.Grazie a tutto questo abbiamo perso completamente il primo giorno di vacanza aspettando per ore la soluzione del problema. Tutto questo ed anche altre piccole cose ha portato ad una valutazione negativa del nostro soggiorno.Molto positivo e’ stato l’aiuto del personale di Homeaway che ha cercato di risolvere tutti i nostri problemi.

Ausstattung ist einfach, aber in Ordnung. Spühlmaschine ist vorhanden und funktioniert gut. Wickeltisch, Matratze fürs Kinderbett und Kinderstühle sind nicht vorhanden. WLAN kommt vom Nachbarn, Verbindungsqualität schlecht, Geschwindigkeit langsam. Entfernung zum Meer 15 min zu Fuß (das ist bei FeWo korrekt dargestellt, andere Buchungsportale verlegen die Villa großzügig „direkt ans Meer“). Die Vermieter sprechen Griechisch, ein paar wenige Brocken Deutsch und Englisch. Klimaanlage kostet 4€ / Tag und Zimmer extra, das war in der Anzeige nicht korrekt beschrieben, und war mit dem Vermieter wegen der Sprachbarierre nicht klärbar, wurde aber von FeWo unkompliziert geregelt. Geputzt wird ein mal / Woche sehr gründlich, gleichzeitig gibt es frische Handtücher und frisch bezogene Betten. Der Pool im Garten ist ca 120 tief und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Spili oder Agia Galini, beides in ca 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
