The villa's architecture is truly unique, designed to harmonize with the natural landscape and adhere to the principles of bioclimatic design, ensuring nearly zero energy consumption. The villa features a one-floor layout with a bedroom containing two single beds next to each other, a fully equipped living room with a sofa bed, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped open-plan modern kitchen.
