Each villa features a one-story layout. Upon entering, you'll find a living-dining area with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, and a modern shower/WC. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, and the other with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning units and flat-screen TVs. The pool at each villa measures 27 sqm, and there is outside furniture to enjoy the Cretan sun.

Ωραία, αλλά χρειάζεται κάποιες βελτιώσεις.

Μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ η τοποθεσία· ήταν εξαιρετική. Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ η τοποθεσία και γενικά περάσαμε όμορφα. Ωστόσο, υπάρχουν ορισμένα σημεία που πιστεύουμε ότι χρειάζονται βελτίωση. Το σπίτι χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε σίτες στα παράθυρα, καθώς κάθε μέρα βρίσκαμε μέσα τουλάχιστον τρεις μεγάλες ακρίδες και διάφορα άλλα έντομα οριακά το πρώτο βραδύ θέλαμε να φυγουμε. Επίσης, για την τιμή της διαμονής θεωρούμε ότι θα έπρεπε να παρέχονται μεγαλύτερες ποσότητες από σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο. Ένα ακόμη αρνητικό ήταν ότι τα υπνοδωμάτια δεν διαθέτουν τηλεόραση. Στο διαμέρισμά μας δεν υπήρχε κάποια εξωτερική πόρτα ή περίφραξη που να εξασφαλίζει ιδιωτικότητα, με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαζόμαστε κάθε βράδυ να μαζεύουμε και να βάζουμε μέσα όλα τα προσωπικά μας αντικείμενα. Τέλος, ο χώρος του μπάρμπεκιου δείχνει σαν να έχει μείνει ημιτελής. Θα ήταν πολύ καλύτερο να τοποθετηθούν πορτάκια στα ανοιχτά κενά. Ειλικρινά, η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και μας άρεσε πολύ. Αν γίνουν αυτές οι βελτιώσεις, η συνολική εμπειρία θα είναι πραγματικά άριστη.

Toller Aufenthalt

Ein toller Aufenthalt! :-) Die Bewertungen zuvor waren schon sehr positiv aber es wurden inzwischen auch geäußerte Kritikpunkte verändert/umgesetzt (z.B. es existiert nun ein Sonnenschirm zwischen den Liegen, es gab Spülschwämme/Lappen). Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und den Bildern und auch der Service (Poolreinigung, Handtuchwechsel, Müllentsorgung) hat gut geklappt und das Personal war sehr freundlich! Wir hatten einen sorglosen Aufenthalt und der einzige minimale Kritikpunkt wäre die Kommunikation der Check-in Uhrzeit. Wir waren mehrfach in Kontakt mit OreoTravel (übrigens super schnelle Antworten) und bei der Nachfrage nach einem früheren Check-in wurde dies zunächst bejaht, dann hieß es doch erst um 16 Uhr und schließlich gab es einen Kompromiss mit 15 Uhr. An sich keine große Sache, sollte man aber beachten, wenn man früh auf der Insel anreist.

Villa mit Traumblick und solider Ausstattung, ausbaufähige Parkplatz-Situation

Die Villa ist sehr modern und der Blick ist atemberaubend. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und kann die Terrasse von morgens bis abends genießen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas dürftig. Wir hatten nur Salz, kein Pfeffer, Öl etc. Zudem gab es kein Spülmittel oder Schwamm, den haben wir uns im Supermarkt gekauft. Wir haben jeden Tag gespült, da wir nicht immer die Spülmaschine anmachen wollten. Hierfür hatten wir auch keine Tabs. Zudem hat die Spülmaschine unangenehm nach Abfluss gerochen. Es gab auch nur einen Müllbeutel für die Mülltonne, da dieser recht klein war, haben wir hierfür auch noch Müllbeutel gekauft. Wir hatten leider nur einen Betten- und Handtuchwechsel. Das ist, gerade in Bezug auf die Handtücher, für 1 Woche recht wenig. Wir hatten pro Person nur 1 kleines, 1 großes und 1 Strand-Handtuch. Es gab mehr Parkmöglichkeiten als gedacht, jedoch müssten diese nach Villa zugewiesen werden. So wird sicher gestellt, dass jede Wohnung einen festen Parkplatz hat. Die meisten Mieter wussten auch nicht, dass es für die Wohnungen Nr. 5, 6 & 7 Parkplätze oberhalb des Hauses gibt. Wir hatten zudem einen Mieter, der sehr unglücklich am Haus geparkt hat, hier wäre eine Kennzeichnung oder Absperrung der Parkplätze wie an dem anderen Parkplatz hilfreich. Insgesamt ist die Anzahl der Parkplätze gering, gerade wenn Mieter einer Villa 2 Autos haben.

Apartment mit eigenem Pool!

Wir waren wohl (mit) die allerersten Bewohner dieses nahezu perfekten Apartments mit 2 (!) Bädern und haben die dieses und die Lage, den Ausblick und den Pool (bei 40c!) sehr genossen. Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, aber das Kochen haben wir eh den Restaurants in Plakias überlassen. Das Grundstück zu Villa 1 hat leider nicht wie die anderen Villen eine abschließbare Tür, somit hat jeder einfach Zugang zur Terrasse. Um das zu vermeiden, sollte man Villa 2-7 wählen…dort gibt es keine Überraschungen wie z.B. Poolboy, Handwerker, Zimmerreinigung o.ä., denn dort ist die Terrasse nur durch eine abschließbare Tür betretbar. Ach ja: warum ein SAT TV nur griechische Sender empfängt, und damit die doch eher internationale Zielgruppe der Anlage verfehlt, konnte man uns nicht plausibel machen.
