Petres 2 is a stylish, 100-square-meter villa nestled within a small complex of four exclusive properties, located on the outskirts of Mariou village in southern Crete. Just a short drive from pristine sandy beaches, this serene retreat offers breathtaking views of the South Cretan Sea and the surrounding natural landscape.



Designed on a single level, the villa features a bright, open-concept layout with a spacious living area. Relax on the large corner sofa or enjoy a meal at the dining table, all while gazing out at the private pool and sea beyond. A 55-inch TV with a Netflix subscription ensures cozy entertainment after a day of exploration.



The villa includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients. Two comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to four guests: one with a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each), which can be joined to form a queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) upon request. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back.Minimalist, open plan living area that leads out to large sun terrace with amazing view of the sea and area. Sunrise and sunset is lovely. Pool is lovely for a refreshing dip. Kitchen is great and has a washing machine and giod coffee pod machine. 2 bedrooms with ensuite each perfect. It's quite windy, althiugh it didnt bother me as i expected it in this area.

Wunderschöne moderne Villa mit super Aussicht und schönem Pool

Wir waren schon mehrmals auf Kreta, aber dies war die schönste Unterkunft (Petres 2) bisher. Die Villa ist neu, gut ausgestattet, schön möbliert und sehr sauber. Der Eigentümer Andreas hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Städtchen Plakias und Mirthios mit Supermarkt und guten Tavernen sind in der Nähe. Beim schönen Damnoni-Strand liegt die Taverne Mythos, welche der Eigentümer-Familie gehört. Das Essen dort war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Danke für Alles.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. Moderne hübsche Wohnung mit geschmackvoller und vollständiger Einrichtung. Sehr appetitlich sauber dank regelmäßiger Reinigung und Poolpflege. Unglaublich toller Blick rundum auf die Berge, Olivenhaine und das Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Taverne fußläufig erreichbar. Für Aktivitäten ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Kleiner Verbesserungswunsch wäre ein auch bei Wind nutzbarer Schattenplatz für 4 Personen auf der riesigen Terrasse. Der Sonnenschirm ist zu klein und eher nutzlos.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist, wie auf den Fotos angegeben, unglaublich schön. Alles ist sehr großzügig - Pool, Terrasse... Und eine sehr gute Taverne ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

De communicatie vooraf als wel op locatie was uitstekend. Ter plekke netjes opgevangen, uitleg etc. Iedere ochtend de pool man en vuilophaaldienst. Om de drie dagen, bedwissel . Op aanvraag alles mogelijk. Het huis is schoon, netjes en alles toegankelijk. Redelijke privacy in tuin/zwembad.

Tolles modernes und neues Haus

Das moderne Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und gut geschnitten. Die modernen Bäder sind in einem tollen Design. Der Service für Pool und Haus war sehr gut und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Was wir bei diesem Haus wirklich vermisst haben, ist ein fester Schattenplatz. Der Sonnenschirm war leider viel zu klein und bei den extremen Windverhältnissen, konnten wir diesen oft nicht nutzen! Wünschenswert wäre auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine, die würde die schöne Küche perfekt abrunden. Das Haus und die Lage ist sehr empfehlenswert! Ein Auto ist hier aber zwingend erforderlich. Die tolle Taverne „Mariou“ ist aber fußläufig leicht zu erreichen und ist ein Highlight!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt - Nur zu empfehlen

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Objekt. Es war perfekt. Wir wurden mit Obst, Wasser, Öl und Raki empfangen. Der Der Betreuer des Objektes Andreas war super freundlich. Die Villa liegt in einem sehr schönen Gebiet. Der Blick auf die Küste mit seinen Strandbuchten und in die Berge ist wunderschön. Die Villa war perfekt ausgestattet - sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Room- und Poolservice. Der Müll wurde täglich entsorgt und der Pool ebenso gereinigt! Der Pool war angenehm beheizt. Die Sonnenterrasse war perfekt ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Taverne ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Sehr freundliche familiäre Atmosphäre. Atemberaubender Blick von einer großen Terrasse in die Ferne. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Plakias. Dort ist eine ausgedehnte Wanderung am Strand möglich. Sehr gute und vielfältige gastronomische Einrichtungen im Ort und an der Strandpromenade. Abschließend möchten wir noch erwähnen, dass die Anfahrt vom Flughafen zum Objekt sehr eindrucksvoll (Berge und eine atemberaubende Schlucht) war. Alles in Allem gab es nichts zu beanstanden und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
