Petasos Villa 1 is a newly constructed villa located on the outskirts of Sellia village, just a few kilometers away from the famous tourist resorts of Souda Bay and Plakias. These resorts offer a wide range of amenities and boast magnificent sandy beaches. About 200 meters from the villa, you'll find a couple of taverns and supermarkets, and the stunning beaches of Souda Bay and Plakias are just a 7-minute drive down the hill.



Petasos Villa has a total area of 80 sqm and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed, along with an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and WC. Additionally, you'll find a beautiful open-plan living and dining area that connects to a fully equipped modern kitchen. This level features large French windows that lead to a spacious veranda with patio furniture, offering marvelous views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding area.
