ArtOikia is an exclusive complex of three luxurious villas, each offering a tranquil retreat with uninterrupted views of the Cretan Sea. Set in a quiet and relaxing location, the villas provide complete privacy and a serene escape immersed in nature.



Ilios Villa accommodates up to six guests and combines contemporary design with Cretan charm. The interior includes a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the sea, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The villa has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.



Outdoors, the pool area is perfect for swimming or sunbathing, surrounded by sunbeds and lounge spots. A large terrace features an outdoor dining area with an electric grill, ideal for meals while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.



Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.



Ilios Villa is near Agios Pavlos Beach, known for its pristine waters, and close to the most famous south coast beaches of Rethymno. A secluded Prasonisi Beach is nearby, ideal for walking, swimming, and photography. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are about a 30-minute drive in Spili or Agia Galini villages.
