Unique & stunning property for 2. Large private infinity pool. Stunning position

A beautiful and newly renovated open plan apartment, including sitting room, ensuite and new kitchen, all built on the lower ground of the main property. It overlooks its own large private infinity pool, with the option of heating on request at an extra daily charge.

Spacious private terraces with lots of seating areas and perhaps one of the most spectacular views in Crete, stretching across the bay, towards the mountains and to Agios Nikolaus to the right. The apartment provides luxury items for your enjoyment such as Krups coffee machine, microwave, bath robes, luxury bed linens and towels including pool towels and hairdryer. A small welcome package is provided on arrival.

The property is situated just 3 kms from the pretty town of Agios Nikolaus with its shops, marina, cafes, bars, superb restaurants and night life. To the right of the property you can explore Elounda, just 3 kms away with Plaka, and the island of Spinalonga a few more kms down the coast. The latter, the former Leper colony island featured in the book by Victoria Hislop.

There are ample beaches within a few kms, some providing water skiing, jet skis etc. Nearest beach blue flag beach is Havania, just 2 mins drive or 20 mins by foot.

The views from the apartment are utterly stunning, both day and night - with twinkling evening lights of Agios Nikolaus just far enough to enjoy without disturbance. The bay of Mirabello stretches out in front with the mountains as a back drop. We have incredible sunsets here.

There is also an excellent restaurant in walking distance which offers delicious food, fine wines, cocktails and incredible views, plus a little rustic taverna.

The private pool has a salt cleaning system, with the option of heating at an extra daily charge. The pool provides a good size for length swimming.

We recommend a car for your stay, and the owner can organise this with a local car hire company with best rates, and a free car escort from Heraklion airport which is approximately 45/50 minutes away. There is private parking at the premises.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bathrobes. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

Beautiful Apartment with great pool and fantastic views

Five star stay in beautifully decorated apartment with fantastic views and lovely pool in great location but best of all is the owner Jules she’s a gem. Quick response to any queries, gave us excellent recommendations of where to eat and best places to visit. Her welcome pack is brilliant and numerous little extras in the apartment such as toiletries, herbs and spices in the kitchen and plenty of utensils and gorgeous tableware. She’s so welconing a true gem we’re counting down the days until we return to this beautiful apartment and see Jules again. Not forgetting Buddy the dog, I’ll miss my dog cuddles.

An absolute jewel!

This is an exquisite vantage point from which to enjoy the spectacular beauty of Crete. Perched on the hill above Mirabello Bay you will enjoy precious sunrise, sunset, and sparkling night views of the water and Agios Nikolaos below. You will not want to leave! This lovely property is made even more special as the owner, Jules, makes perfect hospitality her mission. The little apartment is exquisitely clean, appointed with everything you need to hide away there, and you will find a lovely basket of snacks and an excellent bottle of wine when you arrive. This is a breathtakingly beautiful spot to land, don't miss it!!

Great stay!

Crete is gorgeous! We did so much exploring, we didn’t spend as much time at the apartment as we thought we would. The space is small, but clean and well furnished. The private pool and surrounding views are absolutely phenomenal. I would only take off one star off due to the heat. The owner (who is lovely) has a small indoor A/C unit set it that did help, but we were there in August and it just could not keep up. We would return despite this, but in a cooler month.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. The most perfect of villas we have stayed in. Everything is spotlessly clean and nothing is overlooked with the detail. What an amazing holiday in beautiful accommodation, with a fantastic host in Jules, helped by Misha & Fig. The holiday was perfect from start to finish (Apart from a slight mishap on night one! Sorry Jules!). The accommodation has an incredible view, which changes hour by hour and is really quite breathtaking. The pool is fantastic and the apartment spacious and very well fitted out.

Faultless property, tastefully decorated, superb welcome pack and extensive, quality furnishings, appliances and kitchen accessories. The million dollar view, the perfect pool but above all else the lovely Jules. In forty years of traveling I have never met a nicer host. A Serene Escape with an Enchanting Sea View

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jule's slice of heaven with an exquisite Sea view. I cannot rave enough about this idyllic retreat. Beautiful views, fantastic host.

Superb accommodation in a fantastic location. The views were amazing, made all the more special by the pool and outdoor facilities. Jules was a brilliant host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and she helped with making restaurant bookings, as well as ensuring our every need was met. Her friendly dogs were the icing on the cake as far as we were concerned, they came and said goodnight each evening ❤️ Don’t hesitate to book this studio, you will not regret it.

We have eventually found holiday heaven. The apartment is luxurious, with attention to detail first class. The infinity pool & pool area is stunning & offers breathtaking views day & night across Mirabello Bay. Jules is a fantastic host along with her trusted companions Fig & Misha, providing local knowledge on restaurants, places & beaches to visit & fine wines to drink. This spectacular place won our hearts in every way! A ‘wow!!!’ from the start.💙 It was just perfect for my husband and I who both needed to find the confidence, post Covid, to begin traveling again. Such a very romantic and special place ~ it was hard to tear ourselves away from~even to sightsee in Beautiful Plaka or eat in the great local and convenient tavernas and restaurants. The view is something very special- from first opening the door in the early morning (and even from your extremely comfy bed) to reluctantly closing up at night … we were captivated… and spent many lazy days and evenings outside on the well furnished patio trying to absorb it for as long as possible. Sooooo Very therapeutic and calming. The good sized infinity pool was a dream too! Jules our beautiful host was a little angel.💙 From our first online enquiry to our sad farewells and even after/trip communication~Jules has been outstanding. Her attention to detail in the well equipped and stylist studio apartment was superb. She was so very kind and generous with lots of added treats and surprises- unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed . (And we’ve stayed in many.) She was so helpful, approachable and friendly with a wealth of local knowledge. Jules recommended a great hire car service and checked daily on our fights home for us incase they were cancelled or altered. She was exceptionally caring and thoughtful. Seeing her two beautifully gentle dogs became a highlight of each day. This review is far too long but hopefully sums up our love of the place and very high recommendation. You’ve just got to go!💙

One of the best accommodations where I have ever been. Owner was overwhelmingly helpfull and brought almost every day a bottle of vine for us and made nice recommendations about places to visit. Location is perfect and own pool and view from the pool is amazing. I can easily recommend this place

A Magical Place

Sometimes in your travelling life you hit the jackpot. That's what we felt when we arrived at this amazing home. Greeted at the gate by Micha and Fig the 2 beautiful and friendly Labradors we were lead down the stairs to see a view that we will never forget. The owner (Jules) has meticulously created a wonderful apartment with your own infinity pool overlooking the bay down to Agios Nikolaos. In the apartment you want for nothing. From a top notch coffee maker to a washing machine, it's all there, and if it's not a quick WhatsApp to jules and she does her best to make it happen. The apartment is tastefully decorated to fit Jules travelling life with art and furnishings from India to Greece. There are local Tavernas serving wonderful food and some very high end Restaurants so something for all budgets. However there is nothing more special than sitting on the terrace with a bottle of Rose and having a Greek salad, just wonderful. Please don't think twice about staying here, you will forever regret it. 😍😍
