La chambre d’hotel etait sale en arrivant le balcon etait rempli de poussiere et de fourmis. La chambre etait toute petite et pas comme sur les photos et ils nont pas voulu me changer malgré mes réclamations. Le robinet etait rempli de moisissure et la douche aussi ( photos a lappui ) Le petit dejeuner est mediocre ( leurs jus d orange sont ceux en poudre super sucrés et chimiques ). Bref jai vraiment subi mon sejour et je ne vous recommande VRAIMENT PAS surtout que de base je suis pas compliqué niveua hotel mais mis a part la piscine lhotel fait max 3 etoiles voir 2 etoiles. Fuyez vraiment ca risque de gacher votre sejour

Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est d’une incroyable gentillesse, très serviable et accueillant! Tous les jours le buffet à volonté changeait. Et celui-ci était top pour découvrir les spécialités Tunisiennes. L’hôtel n’est pas neuf (gros bémol : la salle de bain) mais pour le peu que nous sommes dans les chambres lorsque nous sommes en vacances, ce n’est qu’un détail. Le plus important est le rapport qualité/prix qui est très correct. 518€ une chambre pour 2/ 7nuits/ en all exclusive, foncez!

Séjour Mitigé - à lire avant de réserver !!!

Séjour très très mitigé !!!!! Nous étions « vu sur jardin », le bruit de la musique etait trop fort les fenêtres vibrées du fait de cette puissance sonore cela débutait des 10h du matin jusqu’à 12h puis reprenait à 15h jusqu’à 18/19h. Et puis on repartait pour un tour de 20h jusqu’à 1h du matin. C’est très surprenant est que parfois il n’y a plus personnes qui assistait au spectacle la musique reste on Autant vous dire que si vous cherchez du repos vous n’allez pas le trouver ici, les siestes c’est à oublier. Et les nuits sont très compliquées notamment lorsque vous avez un enfant en bas âge. 4 étoiles pour cet hôtel, j’ai un peu du mal à le croire lorsqu’on constate l’état de ses chambres qui mérites un bon rafraîchissement travaux, on y trouve de la moisissure, la douche fuit en raison du sol pas droit et qui va ensuite tremper le couloir. Les fenêtres sont très difficile à ouvrir et très fragiles… La plage privée ne vous attendez pas à une plage aux eaux transparentes celle-ci est rempli d’algue, elle a été une fois nettoye de ses algues 3 jours avant notre départ…. La piscine n’a pas l’air d’être nettoyée…. Côté restauration très mitigé encore lorsque les choses sont faites sous vos yeux cela va encore tel que le beignet fait le matin ou une fois nous avons un poulet cuit sur place… mais il y a d’autre éléments ou effectivement c’est pas savoureux et vous causerait des problèmes d’estomac….. Petit mot pour le personnel qui sont agréable et professionel

Le cadre de l'hotel a du potentiel mais les services ne sont pas à la hauteur : entrée de l'hôtel extérieur décevant en arrivant, chambre petite, all-inclusive quasi inexistant, restaurant de plage fermé, et surtout l'animation très light le soir. Les 4 animateurs sont formidables car ils ont peu de moyens et font avec.... heureusement qu'ils étaient là ! Bravo à tous les serveurs aimables en général (bar, restaurant) devant subir les invectives des "chefs" devant la clientèle.. .la direction devrait réagir pour assurer une bonne réputation !

Hôtel très accueillant, personnel au petits soins

Nous avons passé un moment formidable en famille. L'équipe était aux petits soins avec nous : animation (Alain,Tito, Shaima, Mino) spa (Ammar et Sameh), restaurent, (Walid), réception. Piscine intérieure bien chauffé ce qui est très appréciable en hiver. Hammam et massages de bonne qualité. Lit bébé est disponible sur demande. Chambre était spacieuse et propre. Excellent séjour! Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.

Très bel hôtel en bordure de plage avec piscine.

Arrivés tardivement nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement et avons encore pu bénéficier d'un copieux repas. Le personnel était aux petits soins et très sympathique.
