On arrival had to wait over an hour to get in our rooms which was an annoyance since we had been up since 2am as we had an early flight. Staff were pleasant enough and we were given Moroccan tea. Rooms were pleasant to look at and clean although sealant on bath /shower was in need of replacement we expected a view but instead were greeted with a view of other windows to corridors and other rooms and when you looked down you could see some gym equipment . It turned out the walls were like paper so you were inflicted with a constant barrage of noises day and through the night. The gym equipment was either broken or on its last legs and despite a big notice saying no children under 16 there was children in and out making a lot of noise. The mattresses were extremely hard and did not lend themselves to a comfortable nights sleep at all. The overall look of reception / dining areas is dated and in need of a makeover. The food variety and quality was not good and meant we had to go out each day to eat however the staff in lunchtime restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. Everything is constantly covered in a layer of dust and the weather was surprisingly cool so no chance of a tan!!!! To top it off staff confirmed my transfer to airport would arrive at 6:45 so I got up and was ready for that time but did not end up being picked up till 8am!!!! This is definitely not a 4 star accommodation I would struggle to give it 1 star and experiences outside the hotel did not make things any better except for an exceptional visit to a Hamman Spa. I would not go to this hotel ever again and would strongly deter anyone else from going there.
Great and friendly staff.. This hotel it's only 2 stars not 4 don't just look at photos it's rubbish.. Very small selection of foods for breakfast..poor quality foods How ever it's not worth a money.. Location is ok
We booked Hotel Tildi as my partner had previously stayed here and recommended it to me. Room: In summary the room was spacious and clean however had very limited facilities, no mini bar, no tea or coffee making equipment, in fact it only had a very old half working fridge and a TV (which did have loads of channels). Location: Located around 25-30 mins drive from AGADIR airport which cost us 200 Dirhams each way (Approx. £17 for 2 people each way) we took a taxi which was clean and the driver was very friendly and welcoming. The beach is 5-6 min walk with many shops on the sea front including McDonalds, kfc, pizza hut and a selection of local and international cuisines. Check in: No issues at all, they knew we was coming and everything was prepared, the only thing we had to pay was the tourism tax which was 20 dirhams per person per night so that was 160 dirhams (approx. £14 for both of us). Check out: Time to check out 12pm latest - no issues took minutes to check out and they will hold your luggage if you have a late flight. Hotel has a swimming pool which is busy but can find a quiet time if you are lucky, pool table and other activities. Breakfast: French style breakfast, simple but good enough. Condition of the hotel was decent, recent renovation I am told, bed was super comfy and room is cleaned to a good standard daily. Overall, if you are staying 1-5 nights this is a good hotel, any longer you may want something which offers more activities or best to book a resort. Cost for both of us for 4 nights was £210 - booked as a package of flight and hotel with Love Holidays. I would book again if staying for a short time in Agadir.
This hotel is well worth staying if you are in agadir, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, to mention a few from top of my head: Sana in reservations Fatima at reception Entertainment team Cleaning staff They all made our family holiday extra special. The hotel is not far from the beach. The wifi was good and over 300 Tv channels. I can not fault this hotel for the price i paid for it. Would not be stating anywhere else agadir ever again. Just make sure you don't get the street view rooms as this can be noisy at nights especially on weekends. Apart from that all of the staff are willing to go out of their way to help make your stay enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
From the moment we arrived and the doorman came and took our bags till the day we left we had no complaints. The customer service from all was exceptional and made our visit to Agadir a memorable one.
Been to more luxurious hotels but the hotel Tildi makes it for me. It's small enough for personal attention and the staff can't do enough for you. The food is good the rooms and beds very comfortable and the price is right. This is my third visit and look forward to going back again later in the year.
Had a wonderful 3rd visit. I was there for International Womens Day and The Tildi Hotel went out of the way to celebrate Women. I could not let this review pass without mentioning ABdoulou who was on the front desk. Having come across me feeling unwell as a result of too much sun helped me to my room . Late that night l was surprised by a knock on my door and this young man before he ended his days shift had come to enquire as to my wellbeing. He went that extra mile for which l was grateful. Also on International Womens day l was invited below stairs to where staff were celebrating during lunch and l can say below was spotless.Tildi is a good 3star hotel with terrific staff in all area's.
We stayed in this hotel twice and intend going back next year. Staff are so helpful and friendly - breakfasts great but food generally very good value. great location near beach Pool area very well maintained and shady trees when you need them. We also stayed here in 2015.
Stayed here in April and had an enjoyable week. The room was large and clean with the bonus of a separate wc from the bathroom. The balcony was large and furnished. The highlight for me was the beautiful garden surrounding the pool. The staff here are attentive and if you have a repair issue it will be fixed by the maintenance team in minutes.I called them the rapid response team! I booked half board here and i really enjoyed the food, well prepared , varied and healthy.Well done all. Jean Bremer
The hotel is good. I expected more traditional food options but it isn't big deal. The staff is friendly and polite, rooms are clean. Bathroom and toilets are separated but it would be good to have trash can in the bathroom.
