The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.

From check in to check out everything was perfect 👌 Free undercover parking, a few refreshments, fudge and a beautiful room with our own split system air conditioning. Staff member Paquita was extra helpful by changing our room to one near the lift as I was on crutches then surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates as it was my husband's birthday. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable and I had the best sleep I have had for literally months. Best value for money and we highly recommend,

Room was very adequate,except you need to bring your own tissues, everything to put in a minibar Wine glasses ,snacks. Cos the "hotel", offers you nothing. Bar and Restaurant open 3 nights week only. Went to reception for the big ask of 1 wine glass. After grave doubts,got offered a plastic champagne "glass " ,no wine glass please, this is all we have." Clearly BS. To summarise, Room great,otherwise bring absolutely everything else yourself. Not even a machine dispensing chips chocs,and soft drinks.
