Great location but issues with some amenities

This would have 5 stars great location and generally good amenities, but there was no blind at the sitting room window so evenings were not private. (This was supposed to have been repaired on my arrival date. Also the washing machine didn’t work. Property managers were informed but never got back to me to even offer any resolve.
