My second stay here and won't be the last. Beautiful historical building with class. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. We had a lovely breakfast in the delightful little courtyard garden under the trees. Central location...easy walk, or free tram ride, to casino and Rundle Mall. If I had to find a negative it would be the 2 single beds pushed together to make a queen but that was still ok.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Easy walking distance to the city centre and the local highlights. I had a huge room which included a sitting room and kitchenette. Breakfast was not included, but I did buy breakfast at the café there and it was very disappointing. The one lousy piece of Turkish bread they served with your eggs was drenched in oil and fried, so that it was very very crunchy and to me, inedible. The hotel though is lovely.

Great stay and a very handy to everything location. It's near to a large selection of restaurants & bars. Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment that has everything you need to self cater. Exceptionally quiet for a good sleep. Helpful & friendly staff. Has a pool, spa, sauna and gym that we used most days. Highly recommended

Enormous suite with laundry facilities. Very comfortable bed. Quiet considering the street wasn't far away. They have accommodated modern living into the fabric of an old building and it works well. Would recommend.

Have stayed before and will stay again. Huge rooms, their is an indoor pool and great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surroundings pleasant. Would be great if a buffet breakfast was available

We had a big room on the 2 Floor incl washing machine, dryer and a American kitchen. The shower ist to low, the room style from the 90. with no concepts. The free internet slow and no good connection. The reception useless. Inside the cabinet and drawers not clean. Take a room to the garden and at night is it really quite.

Another enjoyable stay at this very atmospheric and comfortable property. We've stayed numerous times over many years, and it has always been a pleasure to stay here. Once again, we particularly appreciated the lovely, historic building (especially the delightful courtyard and fountain), the spacious and comfortable accommodation, the very welcoming and helpful staff, and the convenient location.

The Adina is in a great location and the hotel itself is quite pleasant. The rooms are a great size and nice and clean. Location is perfect for business and holiday travelers, due to its proximity to the CBD. The service is great and the restaurant downstairs is pretty awesome! If you are staying for breakfast, order the smashed avo! (Amazing)

I write during an extended stay at the Adina Treasury Hotel in February (still here). Rarely am I motivated to write with such enthusiasm about a place. It is not fancy, but it is very comfortable and the thoughtful attention to the details that makes it so is noteworthy. For example, I hate a hotel where the curtains do not completely close to make the room dark at night--here the black-out curtains are carefully designed to overlap so that is not an issue. My two room suite is kitted out with a kitchen that has everything necessary to eat every meal in (but why, when there is a lot of good food in Adelaide? The restaurant in the hotel, while limited, is also quite good). There is a washer/dryer in the room too. The bed is very comfortable and my request for down pillows was quickly a and kindly met. Which brings me to the most significant aspect of the Adina Treasury--the people who work here. The staff are kind, smart, competent and helpful. The woman at the front desk when I arrived hooked me up with a terrific wi-fi plan (literally--it required some technical know-how for my three devices) for my nearly month-long stay. The night manager actually went out to buy me ear-plugs (I did not ask her to do this) when she found they were out of them and I asked about the noisy air conditioning (about which more in a minute--this is not a noisy hotel). I failed to bring a bathrobe, when I inquired about where to buy one, I was told that one would be brought to my room (and it promptly was). Back to the air conditioning. It is necessary--it is very hot in Adelaide right now, and frequently this time of year. In my room, when the AC goes on, it sounds like a shower running and it is rather unpleasant. The AC tech (tone-deaf, mansplaining and sexist--the one exception to the rest of the staff) came to "fix" it the next day and told me it would be the same in every room--I pointed out that it did not make that noise in the sitting room, yet he insisted that it did, I just couldn't heat it because the vent was higher. I stood under said vent and stared at him dumbfounded. In any event, the AC does not sound the same in every room. I know this because subsequently (in keeping with their guest serving orientation) I was offered my choice of several other rooms that did not have the same problem. (I ended up staying in room 37, with ear plugs because I liked the lay-out, but you might bear that in mind if the sound of running water bothers you.) Having seen several rooms, I can tell you that they are all a bit different. All the ones I saw were one-bedroom with a sitting area and the same amenities, but had different arrangements, sizes, windows and views. Some have balconies--all were pleasant. I liked the size of mine, the location of the bathroom and the view of the church next door so I opted to stay put and hope for cooler weather when I would not longer need the AC and could rely on open windows (yes, the windows are operable!) I unhesitatingly recommend this lovely hotel for longer stays in Adelaide.

Very nice room, comfortable and clean. Just wish the balcony was under cover as it rained for the week that I was there. Staff are very friendly and my bed was made daily and towels changed daily which was great.
