Great location and the rooms are very good for the price. I think the external humming noises coming from air con or power units outside the unit is something you could look at but you do tend to get used to it. Could offer better TVs for chromcastng and cooked breakfast buffet than just toast or cereals.

Comfortable stay with room for a few improvements We recently stayed at The Grosvenor and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were excellent—friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Check-in was seamless, parking was convenient, and checkout was straightforward, which made the stay smooth and hassle-free. That said, there were a few areas that could use some attention. The room felt dated, with curtains that didn’t function properly. There was no air con control in the room, which made it rather stifling, especially if you prefer cooler temperatures. Additionally, because the property is older, the windows aren’t fully soundproof, and our room was adjacent to the Strathmore pub, overlooking the busy North Terrace. This made for some noise at night. Overall, if you’re mainly looking for strong service and easy logistics, The Grosvenor delivers. If possible, selecting a quieter room or one with improved climate control would make a big difference for a more restful stay. I appreciate the staff’s professionalism and would consider returning with these improvements in mind.

was a little disappointed as we did an online check in 24 hours before hand to save waiting. As it was the lady, I had had trouble finding my booking. But it got sorted 10 - 15mins in waiting. But overall, always a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Everything Had a great weekend in n Adelaide, I checked in on the app but when I mentioned this to the receptionist at arrival she glared at me. All other receptionist were fantastic. Please explain to me about the random heating button next time because I couldn't see any info on it and one night i kept awake because j was so cold.
