Footy is back (go crows) and so are we to Franklin Central Apartments. Always greeted by a friendly receptionist (Caitlin this week). The 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious for 5 and as expected it was spotless (thanks to the cleaning staff who I do not think get acknowledged often enough). A short walk to the markets for tea to be reheated. Time to sit down for a relaxing drink and tea before heading to the oval. No crowded pubs or restaurants for us. Great stay as usual and looking forward to another stay soon!
Clean, tidy, modern, quiet. Serviced daily. Very good location. One block away from king William rd. Buses to everything from there. Catholic Church, Coles, Rundle Mall within walking distance. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was an excellent place to stay.
No issues here. Great central location with a short walk to the central market area and lots of food options. Room was great and a good price. Car parking onsite but no good for tall cars! Would highly recommend this place to stay.
We found these apartments very central, very clean, and each apartment seems to have it's own washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient and at no extra cost. Like Perth, Adelaide has free buses for getting round the city and inner suburbs but it is not as easy to use until you realise that many of the stops are used by buse on several routes
The apartments where in such a fantastic location, could not have been better for everything we wanted to do. The apartment is very dates and tired and the air con is only in the living room so we had to move the mattress into the lounge to be able to sleep.
Friendly, efficient staff, Quiet and very clean apartment. All the amenities I required. Well located in the CBD of Adelaide. Only stayed one night but would look at staying longer on future trips. Cafe located on the ground floor was a great surprise.
We stayed at franklin apartments for 3 days, and from the first day, it was great, the staff, were very welcoming, and meet all our needs , 'Cafe" is very handy as well We had car parking, and the rooms were clean and tidy, and i will definitely tell family and friends this is where to stay, in Adelaide,, everything is within walking distance, even public transport was close , I will be coming back !
I stayed there for three nights and the apartment was large for one person. Very quiet with no street noise despite them redoing some of the foot paths around the place. Very clean, well furnished, location was central, reception were great and helpful, Excellent stay
Stayed for a week in February. Apartment was spacious, clean, well-furnished, TV had cable, was able to cook without setting off the smoke alarm. Reception was easy and all staff I encountered were cheerful and positive. A minor con was that there was only one lift, which was slow. A major con was parking, which was overpriced and required some very tricky driving for a Kluger to get down into the basement. An incentive to use Adelaide's excellent public transport. The premises are indeed very central, close to a supermarket and the central market with many good restaurants in all directions around. The attached cafe is a must, at least for lunch. The food is basic but well-priced and excellent. Would I stay again? Maybe. There are several other apart-hotels in the vicinity and I might try one of those next time.
Best accommodation that we had in Australia. Apt. was huge, well appointed, spotless. Staff was very helpful. Location was central to everything - shopping, restaurants, museums, central market, bus and train stations. Couldn't have asked for more - except maybe being able to stay longer. Would definitely stay again is ever in Adelaide.
