Make sure you get a room with windows..the inside rooms do not have windows and are very "closed" We could open our windows at night and have a good sleep as we were up on the first floor. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries. Plates and cutlery were also supplied

Great value for money, comfortable and in an excellent position, near the Adelaide Central Markets and Gouger St's great restaurants. Facilities are very basic, but clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Few places annoy me more than an apathetic receptionist, incredibly poorly thought out customer experience and logistical garbage. Had it not already been late at night I would have found alternative accommodation. If the walk down a dark alley with a woman screaming to find the second building and three steps to the front door with luggage weren't enough there was NO LIFT - So up two huge flights of stairs and then more stairs to the room. Room very basic but clean. Air conditioner was noisy and no other ventilation. Room layout very pokey and NOTHING in the hotel amenities tab of the hotel information book - so nothing like the room service I booked in for. Just don't bother staying there. Best thing - I won't stay at another Breakfree - so thank you for clarifying that!

I hit a wrong button in the previous question, sorry. I meant to say : very helpful and friendly staff. as well, your location to just about everything is excellent. Short distance to the famous Adelaide Market and just a little further to the inner city with the famous Rundle Street. Not far to Museum, Art Gallery and University. perfect location.

I enjoyed my two night stay here, it was a business trip so it was a good loavation for what I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable and extremely quiet which was great for sleeping! The bathroom was clean which is also a great quality!

While the room was O.K. the bathroom in this accommodation has not been refurbished for many decades! Location was quite good however, despite the budget cost we did not feel that this accommodation was to the standared expected.

Booked a 3 night stay here at the last minute ( days out). Received a good rate when compared to other hotels in the CBD area. Room was clean and tidy and reasonably sized. Bathroom was a good size. Location was OK ( about a 15 min walk to Rundle mall/ Peal St. Will go back again

Great location best feature. Lacked in-room facilities, eg sink, microwave. A closer place to eat would also have been handy. Very noisy neighbour for some of the week watching TV very loud very late made sleep difficult. Check-in staff much more helpful and friendly than check-out staff. Car parking expensive.

Our stay here was OK. The room was quite cramped and we were glad to only spend time sleeping there. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Positives were ease getting to public transport, dining and shopping. A business traveler staying in the room we were in and hoping to do some work there would have been disappointed.

Our studio apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Staff are welcoming, pleasant and efficient. Location close to Chinatown and Central Markets with numerous restaurants. Certainly great value for money for studio accommodation in Adelaide.
