I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at the Adabco Boutique Hotel. The hotel had lovely furnishings and decor. I stayed in room 302 on the 3rd floor and the room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was clean and the free toiletries were of a good quality. The linen and towels were always fresh. The shared guest kitchen was clean and had adequate cooking facilities and utensils. The guest laundry was convenient and accessible. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to the Clipsal 500 race track. There is access to public transport within walking distance. There are nice coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when visiting Adelaide.

1night stint this was so enjoyable after a long travel great beds and service had in Room dining the continental breakfast in the morning was good would go back again any time we even had an extra hour in Room without extra cost y

What a great Motel. Renovated with Taste. The pictures on the walls are paintings and are subtle but nice , as are the picture frames. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice , bed was very comfortable , good size TV. A perfect size fridge in the room . Would recommend to anyone . We had a great stay.

We stayed at the Adabco for 5 nights and found it to be extremely clean, well presented with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were a good size (though the shower was quite small) and we really appreciated having the communal kitchen where we could prepare breakfast then sit out on the balcony to enjoy the view to the Adelaide Hills. The staff recommended good local restaurants and shops and were very welcoming and friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the Adabco Feb/2018 for 6 nights. The rooms are a good size with lots of drawers, space for hanging clothes, SDB, fridge, good wifi and large TV. We thought the location was great, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and nice parkland nearby for running. The front desk staff were always smiling and helpful. Continental breakfast was okay $12. There was a common kitchen area on each floor for those wanting to do some of their own meals. Cab to the airport was about 15 min / $24. Enjoyed our stay, we would use this hotel again.

Great location, super friendly, clean and fresh.. travelled with my sister and given a huge ground floor room (ambulant - although neither of us had a disability - but they were totally full). We really only used the hotel as a base, so cannot comment on any facilities. Very good value. They use a local Italian for room service as there is no restaurant. Our tip would be to head out of the hotel, turn right, then right again as that Italian, keep goin and there are some great bars / restaurants and coffee shops (beyond the IGA)

We have seen this listed on various sites, but despite the excellent reviews we had concerns about the location not being as central as other hotels so we skipped over it. Not any more! What a lovely hotel it is, and let’s face it... Adelaide isn’t so huge that walking places is a problem, and there is a free loop bus less than 5 mins walk away on Hutt St. Staff were excellent from the second we walked in. Room was very clean and the big tv was great. Nice toiletries, comfy beds and the room was very quiet despite it being a Saturday night during festival season. The communal kitchen looked good, but there was only a handful of spoons left in the cutlery drawer as it looked like guests had taken them back to their rooms, because the guest rooms only had basic coffee making facilities. The best thing about the kitchen? VENDING MACHINES!!! So good for a quick snack or drink, and not over inflated prices either. The breakfast was a continental buffet (toast, cereals, fruit, yoghurts etc) if you don’t want to head to a local cafe for something a bit fancier. Be sure to check out the crystallised Ram skull in the lobby! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nicely appointed hotel with spacious rooms, excellent attentive staff. Breakfast is available at a reasonable cost and it is very good. There is also a communal kitchen if you are planning a longer stay. Location is at the edge of the old square area but close to bus routes. A 20-25 min walk to museums etc. Air conditioning a little challenging, but got it sorted out eventually.

Hotel was lovely, clean, comfy and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and there is a nice in room food menu. Each floor has a big kitchen and outdoor area which is a bonus. Would recommend.

We stayed one night prior to my husband being admitted to hospital. The reception staff are efficient and friendly and the room was clean and contained a comfortable bed and large tv. For $12 each a nice continental breakfast was available in the restaurant. The reception looked after my luggage for 4 hrs after check out for me and also helped me carry it out to the cab. There also is available a guest kitchen and guest laundry. Thank you
