A pleasant building near the centre of Adelaide. Thoughtfully renovated national trust building. Pleasant and cosy very comfortable boutique hotel. No parking associated with hotel. Large comfortable rooms.
This accommodation is located in Adelaide CBD. The price is very affordable. The room was very clean and comfortable. Service was good. The bathroom was basic but clean. All rooms feel fresh and modern.
We enjoyed our stay at Adabco. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and cosy. Everything was in working order except the TV which crackled and had a disrupted signal. We'd be happy to stay there again.
Adabco is in easy walking distance of the city centre. Lovely heritage building - everything needed for a 'no frills' stay. Guest kitchen and laundry available if needed. Free Wi-Fi, which many bigger hotels do not offer. staff are courteous and helpful. Basic breakfast available, included or at a very modest price.
We recently spent three nights at this hotel and loved it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was at the rear and was very quiet, well laid out and had plenty of room to move. The communal kitchen was a surprise. It was well presented with all you need to cook a meal or just sit and eat a takeaway without smelling up your room. Plenty of places to have a meal or drink nearby. Very close to the CBD and Rundle Mall and about a twenty five minute stroll to the Adelaide Zoo. Love the way they have made use of a historic building. This hotel is excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.
Suited our needs well. Great location, wonderful staff, clean & tidy. Great common kitchen leading onto balcony for smokers meaning you do not have to go all the way down and stand out the front. Good value, will now be our city accommodation, thank you.
Booked the hotel as it was close to a competition venue. Telephoned ahead as we were arriving on a late flight. I was very pleased that there was a 24 hour reception. The hotel was very well presented from the outside. Very impressed by decor and presentation of the interior. Glad to have had the room serviced daily. The room was comfortable for a short stay. Had well equipped kitchen facilities. Great location. Word of caution though - no onsite parking.
In general, a good hotel. It could be better though. It doesn't seem to have worked out its aesthetic. It would benefit from a lighter and more modern touch. Also, it seems a bit dated. Surfaces were beginning to bubble and peel; carpets looked a bit old; the bathroom was cheap. It had nice features like the windows and plantation shutters; the bed was very comfortable.
beau8tiful décor, amazing kitchen though we didn't use it, really good location , good value and friendly welcoming staff - ticks every box . - front room and could hear traffic noise, but really wasn't a problem- so light sleepers perhaps should request a back area room
We took our two grandsons (10 &7) for a weekend, and stayed for three nights in this delightful hotel. Our room was large and comfortable, and well appointed with nice thick towels in the bathroom. There was a large kitchen on our floor with a vending machine, and all the necessaries which enabled us to self-cater a few meals. Reception staff were very friendly and most helpful. On the ground floor is the breakfast room, and a lovely lounge area. Good wifi coverage throughout. Great eateries within a short walk, and Victoria Square is just a couple of blocks away. We've booked a return trip in several weeks time.
