The property has 1 bedroom with double bed en suite with bathroom and safe, a second bedroom with double bed, a third bedroom with a single bed, a second bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with various appliances, living room with flat screen TV with satellite channels in various languages, wifi, security alarm, terrace with large Jacuzzi for 5 people, sun loungers, table, garden sofa and barbecue. The house has a private solarium on the top with views of the mountains, the sea and the sunset, it is perfect for sunbathing on the sun loungers with parasol.

Better than advertised

2 weeks stay from 22nd march villa iris exceeded our expectations yes it could do with some fixtures updating (kitchen, bathroom) but everything was clean very usable and comfortable furniture. Air con in main and second bedroom. Hot tub perfect.

Wonderful, comfortable villa close to beach & shops

We really enjoyed our 10 days in Villa Iris. Communication prior to stay was very good, check in easy with tour of villa. Very clean and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Hot tub was a bonus on chilly evenings. Best part for us is the sun terrace on top of house so you can always relax in the sun.

Comfortable and Pleasant Villa

The Villa Iris is very nice inside, having two good sized bedrooms and one small bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space. There is air conditioning in the en-suite (which was really needed due to the extreme heat we encountered during our stay in June/July). The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential items you would need. The outside is spacious with a shaded eating area and relaxing drinks area (nicely lit up at night). There is a large jacuzzi which was treated weekly by Antonio, with clean towels and fresh bedding provided. The area alongside the jacuzzi, however, was not as private as we would have liked. Upstairs there is a huge private balcony with four sunbeds and magnificent views of Mount Teide and the surrounding areas. Antonio met us upon arrival and was pleasant and attentive during our stay. We would recommend the Villa Iris. John & Joan

Schöner Urlaub in der Villa Iris

Schöne, geräumige Villa mit guter Ausstattung und komplikationsloser Übergabe. Callao Salvaje liegt etwas außerhalb und ist daher ruhiger! Immer wieder gern.
