For a five star hotel, I found the service poor, when I reported torn/hole in the duvet cover, safe not working, and the car parking QR code not working, it was met with little concern from the receptionist. The room itself was fine, pool area ok, the waitress first encounter with me was to say ‘yes’ instead of what would you like to order. Breakfast is manic, tea/coffee is self service. Compared to hard rock ibiza, Tenerife hard rock felt like a four star. I don’t think it’s worth the money that it charges for some dates. We wouldn’t return there….they said they would email when we could check in, they didn’t. We don’t usually complain about hotels…. This just didn’t live up to the expected standard….
