Hi, we came home yesterday from a weeks stay at this fabulous hotel. The service is the best that we have received! Without exception all of the staff were friendly, helpful and had a smile at all times. We were all inclusive and you could not fault it. The facilities are 1st Class, the rooms very modern and spotless. Never had to queue for anything, plenty of sun beds at any time of the day. The food was spot on with plenty of choice, I could go on!!! Also a thumbs up to Jet2holidays. Will definitely return.
Hotel fabulous had a brilliant holiday there all staff friendly made us feel very welcome. Food was brilliant in the Italian restaurant. Would recommend to anyone. We would definitely go again. Would go all inclusive next time. Our granddaughter had a great time in the kids club.
I stayed in a Deluxe silver suite with a partial sea view for 11 nights, with my daughter. We travelled with Jet2 and stayed on an all inclusive basis in a twin room. The hotel is great, and absolutely huge. It took us a little while to navigate round it. The room is fabulous, very comfortable and clean. As both of us are adults we spent most of the time at the adults only pool which was great. Great music and lovely staff. The Eden Cafe for lunch there was great. We did visit the lagoon pool which is nice was we found it too cold to swim and the choice of meals at the beach restaurant wasn’t great. We were disappointed that all the daytime live music entertainment was beside the children’s pool, and would have loved some live music by the adults only pool. We ate in all the restaurants, taking advantage of the 30 euro credit per person to eat in the steakhouse, Asian and Italian restaurants. The steakhouse was our favourite and we ate there twice. Amazing food and service. We also ate in 3rd Half, the Sports Bar, which was included and the food was very good, but the portions absolutely enormous. We found the portions throughout all of the eating venues were huge. The only eating place we were disappointed in was Sessions buffet. In the morning it was horrendous, queues for everything ( I counted 16 people queuing for the very small selection of fruit one morning) very hit and miss service ( most mornings we weren’t asked if we wanted tea or coffee) and it was always far far too busy. If you did the coffee it was a thimbleful. Why? I wanted to order 6 and put them in a mug! We ate in Third Half for breakfast one morning which was so much better, ( proper cup of coffee) but it was only open at the weekend. You really need a alternative to the Sessions buffet. This was September I can only imagine what it would be like in the school holidays. Our experience was equally awful in the evening, such a poor selection of dishes. Fish fish and more fish. Every night we were there. Weak fish, whatever that is, in abundance and octopus. If you didn’t want fish there was dubious looking meat on the bone, anaemic looking boiled potatoes, pizza or salad. I think many people were also disappointed in the choice available as the number of adults queuing at the children’s buffet was quite astounding. I resorted to cheese and salad every night as , although I like fish, it all looks unappetising. Please consider adding some curries, paella, risotto, stews, lasagne, moussaka, pasta bake etc Desserts were okay thankfully, and ice cream was very popular. The other things that we found poor were the WiFi. The coverage is poor with lots of black spots, and it disconnected continuously. I had to sign back in multiple times daily. Very annoying. We also found that the walls in the bedrooms are too thin. We could hear the conversations of the people in adjacent rooms, and the music which one couple insisted on playing loudly at 2am. Having to thump on the walls nightly isn’t much fun. As we stayed on an all inclusive basis, we had to sign every time we ordered. Even a bottle of water. That got very tiresome. Other guests could have their wristbands scanned but not for us. Signing receipts every single time. We did enjoy our holiday though, and thought the staff were excellent throughout the hotel. Any little problems we had were resolved quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We were considering returning with extended family for another break next year, but do feel that the buffet lets the hotel down, and wouldn’t revisit until an alternative breakfast venue was available, all the time, and that major changes had been made to the buffet choices for the evening meal.
Stayed here for 7 nights bed and breakfast. We had a Deluxe Silver room on the 1st floor of the hotel so we had no view, however we had a larger terrace with two outdoor chairs and a table which was nice enough. The rooms are reasonably sized and cleaned to a decent standard, mopped floors and clean towels and the maid came at the same time everyday. The breakfast buffet was lovely, you’re seated inside or outside depending on your preference and asked if you’d like any tea/coffee, they bring over your cappuccino/latte etc - no stupid machine you have to wait for and do yourself. There’s a large variety of cooked breakfast items/fruits/breads/muffins/meats and cheeses/cereals also omelettes made with ingredients you choose and fresh crepes and pancakes. Breakfast is 7am-11am and if you’re looking for a quieter breakfast I’d advise not to go between 10-10:30am as this is a very busy period. There’s 3 pools at the hotel, 1 is an adults only and 1 has a little kids play area. Food and drink sold at the bars is ok priced however the restaurants are pricey. We went to the Italian one night which ended up being an expensive meal because we said yes to water - thinking this would be free we were charged €4.50 and you feel like you’re forced into starters, certain dishes and desserts but overall the food tastes good. All the staff are very friendly and polite in the hotel however we had an issue with the room next door being very noisy. We raised this complaint with reception and we were asked if we’d tried to resolve this issue ourselves (that’s not our job to!) we were told we could move to a room on a different floor which would potentially have the same issue as the rooms are interconnecting and you can hear EVERYTHING and by everything I mean: people walking around, opening and closing the bathroom door, conversations, plugging appliances in, the TV and on one occasion we heard somebody being sick (disgusting). We were offered to upgrade to a different room for the inconvenience however we’d have to pay the fee which we didn’t decide to do. We also had an issue with our shower smelling of drains, we were told this would be sorted out and it wasn’t but luckily this was at the end of our holiday. The roof top bar is lovely however it cost us €25 for 2 Gin and Tonics. There’s not much around this hotel just a couple of restaurants with ok reviews, so if you’re the kind of person who enjoys exploring around the area this isn’t the place for you. This is an overall nice resort hotel and good if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday
Great hotel, but so disappointed. Booked for a treat for my husband 80'bitrthday. But booked to go on our 59 wedding anniversary. Loved look hotel the staff were so kind . But gave us a room with adjoining room, were children either side were very restless, and cried a lot. Still they can't help it, just wondered why hotel would give 80 year old a room in I. Children's section ??? Any way the Handel came off shower door and trying to get out slipped on lovely black marble strip and injured knee. So painful. Young lady called Anna helped had door repaired and gave extra towels to put on floor. To stop slipping kindly offered a meal in restaurant ,but to date that hasnt t happened ,had to see another manager to fill in form, but upset don't know if they are happy Asked for photograph ,vety swollen knee, showed young lady on reception. Hotel great staff amazing. Just unlucky I suppose, but not a good holiday for us so disappointed .wanted a great time for my husband birthday and anniversary. But hotel lovely if no accidents,
Fantastic hotel with amazing staff . The rooms are lovely , we went all inclusive and the food & drinks are great , lots of choice . If you want a 5 star hotel in a relaxing atmosphere this is perfect
my husband and i came back to hard rock for the 3rd time this year but this time we were joined by our son and his girlfriend after telling them how fab it was. even though we all had a great time we were slightly disappointed with the lack and style of music around the pools this time! also the 80's night party was extremely crowded to the point of dangerous and seemed to be geared towards the spanish only. again we attended this in may and it was brilliant! one more little complaint was the lack of drinks in buffet restaurant in the evening, one small glass of beer free then u have to pay for water which at breakfast you can have as much water as you like?!! a bit strange! despite these little niggles we still had a great time and the staff are amazing, especially greeting and waiting on staff in buffet restaurant, shout out to olga who has been there each time we have been and is always pleasant and has a smile on her face. thank you hard rock team, we wil be back!
You can't go wrong with the Hard Rock brand. We've stayed at numerous Hard Rock Hotels across the world, and we are never disappointed. The Tenerife hotel delivered everything we've come to expect -- a great, individual service, top quality food & drink, and top-notch accommodation. They truly make you feel like you're the only guests they have to serve.
Fabulous suite on floor 13 , we ate breakfast at level -2 which was much quieter and smaller than the main buffet, we also had the option to eat a continental breakfast on floor 15. Although we were only half board we had the option of free branded alcoholic beverages and snacks during the day and evening at bar on floor 15 which was excellent and also had a beautiful view. We ate in the steak restaurant & Italian restaurant which were excellent and were allowed 30 euros each towards the cost , Italian restaurant we paid no extra , we paid a little more for steak house by our own choice(Anniversary meal) mainly on champagne. Every single member of staff we met was helpful , friendly & polite, from the doorman to the wonderful staff on royalty reception , Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, everywhere in the hotel is spotless. We had excellent maid service too.I really loved everything about this hotel , it will be hard to find better . It is in a quiet area , but we like exploring, Plaza de Duque is great for shopping and walk along the beach for great restaurants & craft shops, Costa Adeje great for souvenir shopping , beach bars & bars , and of course not to be missed Las America’s , Los Cristianos & Siam Park, if you like to be busy . A fantastic hotel with great amenities, great food & great staff .
Rock Royalty lounge is superb. Worth the extra £/€. Alexia, Eva, Clau, Omar - dream team! Lina & Victor in Rock Royalty reception were also very good, in fact all of the Rock Royalty are, I just did not meet a few of them in the last days when I was noting names. Have been told that the new "All-Inclusive deal" is better, but does not include RR Lounge, so don’t know how I feel about that. Nowhere is there a staff member who is not excellent at their job & a pleasure to help you. Facilities wonderful, highly recommend the spa, and I’m a bloke. It’s that good! Although the gym could do with more weights. I can lift everything they have. But for cardio & light lifts, it’s perfect. We missed new dining experience on 16th, think it’s called heaven. Told it was magnificent though by other guests, so will go next time we are here. And yes, we will be returning. Oh yeah, only complaint, if I really had to pick one, was the outdoor wi-fi wasn't always that good, kept dropping out.
