Something of the best you can book

Our holidays were fantastic in every way. The landlords are extremely professional and friendly. Everything is well organized and the apartment is a real dream. We have already spent many holidays abroad and are a bit picky. This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The location, the equipment and especially the terrace are top. A beautiful and welcoming place

The accommodation is as in the photos, completely echipated, nothing is missing, so the stay is comfortable as a home. The view from the terrace is stunning. We stayed on the terrace and enjoyed beautiful evenings and joyful mornings, between our outgoings. The owner is very friendly and helpful, preocupate to make an unforgettable stay at his property. The pool area is great. By car is very plesant to visit the nearby beautiful places, we can't immagine to stay in the crowded places, when it's so easy to go there and, in the same time, to stay in such an intimate and beautiful location. We can't imagine a better place in Tenerife and if we are coming back we definitely going to try to stay at this beautiful property.

Beautiful Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful bungalow. The accommodation itself is very well equipped - everything you could need for a 2 week stay. The view from the balcony is stunning and can be enjoyed from the living room and master bedroom thanks to the full length sliding doors. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming, all questions quickly answered. The site has lots of good amenities such as a bar, restaurant, shops, massage and beauty, plus activities throughout the day. The swimming pool near the hotel was perfect too. The bungalow is down a steep hill, but that's what all of Adeje is like, so to be expected. We will definitely consider returning in future.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im November/Dezember 2024 in dieser Ferienwohnung in Marazul, bereits zum zweiten Mal nach 2022. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der ersten Reihe von Ferienwohnungen im obersten Stockwerk. Aufgrund dessen hat man einen wunderbaren Meerblick mit Palmen. Da die Ferienwohnung etwa 60 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel liegt, hört man die Brandung fast nicht. Insgesamt war es absolut ruhig, sodass wir unseren Urlaub wirklich geniessen konnten. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir konnten auch die Vermieter Geeneviève and Philippe kennen lernen, welche sehr nett sind. Das Fernsehprogramm hat viele Sender in diversen Sprachen (Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch), sowie Netflix und andere Streaming-Anbieter. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Für uns war besonders die Ruhe und die fantastische Aussicht ausschlaggebend.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, très bien équipé et très bien placé à l’extrémité d’un magnifique jardin exotique. La vue mer sur la terrasse est splendide, la résidence est calme et sécurisée, la piscine spacieuse et équipée de transat. Wunderschöne Wohnung im Paradies

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, unseren diesjährigen Teneriffa-Urlaub in dieser traumhaft schönen Wohnung verbringen zu dürfen. Der sehr herzliche Empfang vor Ort durch Fanette ließ uns perfekt in den Urlaub starten, und wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, absolut sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und die große Terrasse mit dem prächtigen ungetrübten Ausblick auf Palmen, das Meer und Gomera entwickelte sich schnell zu unserem Lieblingsplatz. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel (und mit tollem Ausblick!), in der Küche haben wir gern gekocht und die absolut ruhige Lage trug sehr zu unserer Erholung bei. Die Fotos entsprechen in jedem Fall der Realität. Jeglicher Kontakt mit unseren Vermietern Genevieve und Philippe Rays gestaltete sich überaus professionell und absolut freundlich - ihnen und Fanette lag wirklich am Herzen, dass wir uns als ihre Gäste wohlgefühlt haben. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Besser geht es nicht und wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wunderbares Appartment mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir hatten hier eine wirklich gute Zeit in einem toll ausgestattenen, großräumigen Appartment. schade war nur, dass der Pool wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen war. Aber das hatte man uns schon weit im Vorfeld mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung ist für alle zu empfehlen, die Teneriffa individuell erleben möchten.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im Mai 2022 in dieser Ferienwohnung in Marazul. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der ersten Reihe von Ferienwohnungen im obersten Stockwerk. Aufgrund dessen hat man einen wunderbaren Meerblick mit Palmen. Da die Ferienwohnung etwa 60 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel liegt, hört man die Brandung fast nicht. Insgesamt war es absolut ruhig, sodass wir unseren Urlaub wirklich geniessen konnten. Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten (Pool wurde renoviert) am Hotel weiter oberhalb, waren wohl auch insgesamt sehr wenig Menschen in der Anlage. Vom Baulärm hat man nichts gehört. Ich fand es auch sehr fair vom Vermieter, dass er uns vorher darüber informierte, dass der Pool aufgrund von der Renovierung nicht zur Verfügung steht und auch angeboten hat einen anderen Zeitraum zu wählen. Da wir lieber im Meer baden, anstatt im Pool, hat dies für uns keine Rolle gespielt. Die Bar mit Schwimmbad unten am Meer war geschlossen, wohl eine Folge der Corona-Krise. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Betreuung durch Fanny und auch des Vermieters Phillippe waren sehr gut. Das Warmwasser reicht für das Duschen und Baden sehr gut aus. Ich erwähne dies, weil wir in Teneriffa schon sehr viele Ferienwohnungen hatten, bei denen dies nicht der Fall war. Das Fernsehprogramm hat viele Sender in diversen Sprachen (Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch), sowie Netflix und andere Streaming-Anbieter. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Für uns war besonders die Ruhe und die fantastische Aussicht ausschlaggebend.

Noch schöner, noch besser...

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr in dieser für uns perfekten Unterkunft und sind nun dieses Jahr nochmals nach Marazul an der Costa Adeje gereist. Meine letztjährige Bewertung gilt weiterhin: hier ist einfach alles wunderschön (stilvoll und umfassend eingerichteter Bungalow mit viel Platz, rundum Meersicht und sehr, sehr viel Ruhe). Nachdem wir letztes Jahr dachten, dass es eigentlich gar nicht besser sein könnte, wurden unsere Erwartungen nochmals übertroffen. Zum einen sind im Wohnzimmer und im grossen Schlafzimmer neue SMART-TV mit Internet (Netflix und Amazon) aufgehängt worden. Das Highlight war für uns aber dieses Mal der äusserst kulante und sehr freundliche Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Frau Rays. Wir mussten wegen neuen Quarantäne-Richtlinien 4 Tage früher als geplant abreisen. Und obwohl Frau Rays dafür natürlich in keiner Weise verantwortlich war, hat sie uns trotzdem die Mietkosten für diese 4 Nächte vollumfänglich und innerhalb kürzester Zeit zurück vergütetet. Das ist aussergewöhnlich und deshalb können wir auch in den Corona Zeiten dieses Appartement und vor allem die Vermieterin nur loben und empfehlen! Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Komfortabler Bungalow mit fantastischem Blick auf den Atlantik und die Insel La Gomera

Wir haben 4 wundervolle und erholsame Urlaubswochen in diesem qualitativ hochwertigen Bungalow verbracht. Bereits die Schlüsselübergabe und der Empfang waren freundlich und herzlich und ein Obstkorb sowie Wasser und eine Flasche Cava im Kühlschrank hatten Stil und Klasse. Die Wohnung selbst mit einer qualitativ hochwertigen Einrichtung und einer Ausstattung die nichts vermissen ließ hatte alles was man zum komfortablen Wohnen und Leben braucht und sich wünscht. Der fantastische Blick von der Küche , dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer auf die großzügige Terrasse und den Atlantik mit der Insel La Gomera ist einfach fantastisch und hat uns ständig begeistert. Da wir das Pech hatten, zwei Ferienwochen wegen der CORONA Ausgangssperre in der Wohnung verbleiben zu müssen hat uns die Größe der Wohnung mit ihrer tollen Ausstattung, dem Internet , TV und Audio nie das Gefühl der Enge und des "eingesperrt zu sein " gegeben. Auch unsere Vermieter haben sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und ihre Hilfe angeboten, wenn wir diese benötigen. Die Ferienanlage selbst, in der die Wohnung liegt, macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und ist mit ihrer Lage direkt am Atlantik sehr ruhig und vom allgemeinen Trubel abgeschirmt. Es ist allerdings sinnvoll ein Auto zu haben, damit man die allgemeinen Urlaubsgebiete sowie die Supermärkte erreichen kann. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Eingang der Ferienanlage ebenfalls vorhanden. Zusammenfassend können wir nur sagen es war ein toller Urlaubsaufenthalt in dieser fantastischen Wohnung und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder, wenn die CORONA Einschränkungen hoffentlich vorüber sind.

Wir haben uns in der wirklich tollen Ferienwohnung, mit einer unbeschreiblich schönen Aussicht, bestens erholt. Die große, helle und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Fanette, die sehr nette Objektbetreuerin, ist immer ansprechbar. Gegen Aufpreis ist es möglich eine sehr freundliche Dame zum Saubermachen zu buchen, Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und super gepflegt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen!!

Einfach Wunderbar

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser grosszügigen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Anlage selbst ist zwar schon etwas älter aber sehr gut gepflegt. Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert. Beim Süsswasser-Pool haben wir zu jeder Tageszeit problemlos freie Liegen und Sonnenschirme gefunden. Der untere Pool gehört zum Restaurant Flipper; man darf als Gast zwar im Pool baden, die Liegen sind aber (vermutlich) mit einer Konsumationspflicht verbunden. Wir haben uns meistens am warmen Süsswasser-Pool aufgehalten da es dort sehr ruhig und dieser Poolbereich sehr gepflegt ist. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist zwar ganz unten in der Bucht über eine Metalltreppe möglich, jedoch wohl nur etwas für geübte Schwimmer. Wer gerne Strandtage hat, dem empfehlen wir mit dem Auto oder Bus an einen der Strände der Costa Adeje zu fahren. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen zum Trubel der Costa Adeje, trotzdem ist man sehr schnell mit dem Auto bei den grossen Supermärkten, oder der Strandpromenade von Los Cristianos. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der untersten von drei Bungalow-Reihen (1. Meereslinie) und besitzt damit mindestens einen 180-Grad Meerblick, inkl. wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen über La Gomera. Da die Anlage über keine Lifte verfügt und in den steilen Fels gebaut wurde, ist der Weg rauf und runter nicht zu unterschätzen. Die Anlage ist nach unserer Meinung eher nicht für Kinder geeignet. Die meistgesprochene Sprache ist Französisch. Die Buchung über FEWO, Zahlung., Kommunikation und Betreuung vor Ort war tadellos und sehr zuvorkommend. Insbesondere Frau F.B. war äusserst sympathisch. Wir haben im September die Klimaanlage dazu gebucht und es nicht bereut. Für uns war es die perfekte Ferienwohnung - besser geht es fast nicht.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cet appartement spacieux aux prestations de grande qualité doté d'un panorama exceptionnel sur l'océan et le jardin exotique. A noter également l'accueil chaleureux lors de la remise des clefs. Une adresse à retenir.

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Appartement mit Meerblick

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub im August in diesem wunderschönen Appartement mit einem herrlichen, sehr großen Balkon mit Blick auf Meer und Palmen. Das Appartement liegt abseits des Trubels und die gesamte Anlage war sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Es gibt einen kleinen Bäcker in der Anlage mit sehr leckeren Backwaren und wir haben es genossen, auf dem herrlichen Balkon zu frühstücken und auf's Meer zu blicken. Auch in der Nacht war es sehr ruhig und man hörte nur das Meeresrauschen. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich.
