studio for up to 2 persons located in a strategic area a stone's throw from the sea in the very central San Eugenio Basso area.

The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette and two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed,

bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a furnished terrace . The complex also has WIFI in the common areas



The sleeping area has a wardrobe

The studio is equipped with a simple kitchen. Among other things you can find:

The complex has a lift, heated swimming pool for children
