the breakfast was awesome and staff was friendly. was clean

This is a great addition to the Ada area. Great for ECU Football travel. Breakfast was fresh.

We arrived at 1:30 AM to find: 1) Our room wasn't the confirmed for size (only slept 4 not the 5 confirmed) this was on Orbitz not the hotel. From there it was $10 / day more for a larger room, and an additional $10 / day for rollaway. If that's not bad enough we have to find sheets, and make the sofa bed and find a blueberry in the bed YUCK!

The noise level in the room was bad (doors slamming etc), the food was typical, the staff was outstanding, the TV in the room was definitely a pain in the back side!

The hotel was quiet and very relaxing. It is fairly new. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I've never stayed at a hotel in Ada before, (I've always just stayed with family,) so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the ease of check in, that traveling with my dogs was no problem, and how clean everything was. Every time we entered or left the hotel, someone was cleaning something, even shining the elevator doors. The only detriments: I would have liked to have been able to close the black out curtains all the way (they were bolted open) as I was hoping to sleep, without waking, past sunrise. The remote control in the room didn't work. We took it to the desk and they replaced the batteries with no questions, but it still didn't work. At that point, and since we weren't planning to watch that much tv, we just left it. I'm sure if we had brought it to their attention, they would have done what they could have to fix the situation. And lastly, someone was vacuuming in a room right next to ours at 7:30 or 8 a.m. It was REALLY loud and woke all of us up. Honestly, I got a really poor night's sleep due to the windows and the noise.
