The only issue that we had was there was a strong cigarette smell in the lobby and hallway area. It wasn't as bad in the room or we just got used to it after awhile.
The staff was very rude and not present. Asked for towels and extra pillows and the lady told me they didn't have now. She was very rude about it. Then check out was by 11. Had someone waiting by our door while we got dressed and packed up our items. Ice machine was broke. Shower was nasty and broke. The only reason we didn't stay up the street at the Artesian was because they was all booked. I advise you not to stay here!! If I could get a refund I would!!
