Villa Rufeno is a newly built stone villa whose structure reflects the style and characteristics of the ancient Tuscan rural farmhouses. It is nestled in greenery, and its large garden with an olive grove offers absolute privacy to its guests, allowing them to fully enjoy the peace and beauty that the Tuscan countryside provides.
The view from the farmhouse is spectacular, and from the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful vista of the splendid forests of the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve and the gentle Tuscan hills, taking you back in time, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

On the ground floor there are a living room with fireplace, a very beautiful and large kitchen, bathroom, three double rooms (one with en suite bathroom with shower), a single bedroom, a bathroom with outdoor shower to share. On the first floor, accessible only from the outside, a double room with en suite bathroom with tub and shower.

Upon arrival, a € 500 pre-authorization will be requested on your credit card as a security deposit. The amount will be released after departure, subject to confirmation of no damage to the property.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
