During my stay, no room service was available. No tissue, trash wasn’t picked up for about a week, drainage was horrible to the extent that when showering, you have to stand in the soapy water. The bathroom was raised high which is not good handicap people and children. AC was not working properly.

The hotel doesn’t live up to what is stated in the overview. The pool is being renovated, the rooms are very dim and smell of moth balls. Top of off, my phones were stolen, I originally thought that I left them in my friends car. When asked to see the security tapes, the manager viewed them with my friend standing there not allowing him to see and asked him to come back the next day. None of it made since, this place is a tourist worst nightmare.
