I made contact with RT properties on the day of arrival to get details on room number and who I contact, they were unaware of my booking even though we communicated when I placed the booking via WhatsApp. If I never contacted beforehand, I don’t think I would have had a room available. One side of the bed was broken upon arrival, I advised the cleaning lady who said they will tell management but was not fixed during my 7 night stay. Room is clean but very basic and small. Nowhere to store items in the shower so things are kept on the floor. I would stay at Lennox again but not with RT properties. Cleaning lady was good but a little inpatient when I ask to return at later time.
