I didn’t find that hotel,and didn’t live in it,and wanted to cancel reservation,you didn’t cancel,and taked money from my bank account,how and why? Refund money please

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Its a scum, the place doesn't exist. Called for directions to the place because the place wasn't where the map said it was and instead of giving me directions to the place, the attendant said they were confirming my reservation after which they will call me back. Needless to say, i haven't been called yet. I demand a refund.
