Chateau nit worth it

Over priced for the amenities we received. Had a two bedroom. One the sinks in bathroom didn't work. The shower drain in batheoom not working. On arrival no towels. Television in one of the rroms was not working. Still waiting for hand towels never received

choose a suite vs an apartment

Overall the staff is great and breakfast is solid as well. They went above and beyond for my airport pickup and ensuring we got to the hotel safely despite our late flight in. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was definitely not luxurious. I think the suites are nicer, so be mindful of that.

Drainage problem

The water issue in the shower of the water backing up due to a slow draining problem has not been repaired. I would give all five stars once this is fixed. This is my third time staying here. The staff are very nice and the food is delicious.

A True Gem in Dzorwulu Metropolis

Love this place! Especially the staff, who is so accommodating and kind. Check out is at 11am and I didn't need to go to the airport until 7pm and they let me hang out poolside all day to work on a project. They also let my coworker join and hang out too - keeping our luggage safe and sound so we could even go for a walk in the neighborhood! The restaurant, Eliza's is superb and I didn't have one thing I didn't enjoy. Not to mention the super fast wifi (I streamed Netflix), huge rooms and affordability! *** This place is located in a residential neighborhood near the airport and not close to the hip OSU area, but the most I paid for an Uber is 10-20 cidis anywhere so it was so worth the distance!***

Wonderfully comfortable Accra getaway

This hotel was a fantastic getaway. The Accra Mall is just a short drive away. The staff at Earl Heights was excellent. Both the hotel and restaurant were great. We will be back! Our next Accra trip will absolutely include a stay at Earl Heights.
