first off all my accommodation was changed to a different location, this new location didnt have a pool, restaurant and gym. all these fascilities was what i wanted hence i booked the original place, now giving me a lower class venue for the same price was a robbery. upon getting to the new apartment i was not given a door card which meant whenever i went out i had to bribe the gate guards to come to the main door and use his pass card to let me into the main building. when i called help desk iwas told they ran out of cards and that was it, remember they put me here without my consent. furthermore in the room there had coffee sachets but no milk so i called and i was told they will bring milk but never did , i had to call Evans who was the driver that picked me up from the airport and he brough two sachets of milk. the following morning i told helpdesk i wanted coffee and milk and i was told they didn't provide that as the ones i had the first night was complementary for 1 night only so i had to buy coffee and milk. eating wasn't also good as i was forced to order food , if i had been given the original place i booked , this had a restaurant so i could eat well. this was my first trip to Ghana and obviously my last visit. now as i booked through you , you are also liable as you are representing a dodgy business
