Nice, comfortable stay in a vibrant and friendly area. Great food, wonderful, atmosphere. Many staffmembers knew me by name and were always friendly and helpful. This is a very nice hotel quite niche. The staff are very accommodating . Good location and has lots of nearby shops. I recommend this hotel. Only downside is the pool was under renovation.

The staff at the front desk in particular, but all of the staff, were friendly and helpful. The apartments were spacious and everything was in working order. The rooms and common areas were clean. Our Stay was Peaceful and Enjoyable #RootsHotel

This was our first of many trips to the beautiful paradise of Ghana and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to chill out and R&R. It is centrally located, on a quiet street in a bustling neighborhood with lots of eateries and markets. The property is safe, clean and everyone have been nothing but friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. I would 💯 recommend if you are looking for a true local experience.

The management and reception are very bad, they do not help, the restaurant manager is rude and not polite. The hotel management needs to receive training in hotel management. I will definitely not stay again and do not recommend it to anyone.
