Das zimmer war nicht so sauber. Es gibt zwar wine rezeption, aber die verschiedenen zimmer haben unterschiedliche Hosts, die man bei Anliegen bezüglich des zimmers kontaktieren muss. Das zimmer sah gut aus, aber man merkt, dass schon viele leute dort gewohnt haben.

I have booked with Accra Luxury Apartments several times in the past, so this experience was disappointing. I had to cancel a reservation about two hours after booking and was informed that I would not receive any refund due to their cancellation policy. Despite explaining my situation and requesting some flexibility as a returning customer, no consideration was given. I eventually had to transfer the booking to someone else just to recover my money. I understand policies, but I believe good customer service also involves empathy and reasonable discretion, especially with loyal clients. It was really frustrating especially since i have been a loyal customer. Two hours’ notice after booking is still reasonable in many cases, and the fact that I had to resell the booking myself just to recover my money is not okay. Anyone would be upset. I’m very disappointed. supporting a business consistently, i expect some flexibility or goodwill, not a rigid response with no empathy.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Accra Luxury Property at Kass. I had an amazing stay. The room was neat and beautifully arranged, the breakfast was delicious, excellent staff with good customer service. Kass offers a wonderful environment, serene atmosphere and perfect location which is closer to the airport and shopping centres. When in Accra think of no place than Kass Towers.
