No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car.

This hotel can not be classified even under 2 star facilities.First of all nobody was present at the reception counter.We visited this hotel to stay for 2 nights.This hotel was kept so dirty as soon as you enter you can see walls with peeled of paint.Room was very dirty. Bed linen was dirty with stains.overall it was a bad experience for us to stay in this hotel.Second day we were asked to move to a smaller room in spite of booking room for 3 person. We left the place staying only one night.I don't understand how hotels.com recommend such hotels as 3 star to customers.
