I had accidentally booked for the night after (as arrived in at 1am). I had realised this in advance and had messaged. The staff were extremely rude and showed no sympathy. With just a message of “IT WILL BE AN EXTRA NIGHT”. I understand I was in the wrong, but kind words do not cost anything.

The hotel itself, room and staff are all great. Only let down is the free shuttle service. No space to put the luggage and the driver isn't very friendly and not willing to help.

The free shuttle to the hotel was good though, a sign for the pick up from the airport would be helpful. The price is very good. It is basic and perfect for a lay over. I like this hotel, the staff was very friendly and professional. There are food options. There is nothing really around the property. A taxi ride to the city is a must if there is time.

Good hotel close to airport for brief overnight st
