Just needed a place in the airport for an early morning flight. Wonderful reception help! Excellent polite gentleman drove us in a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Free breakfast, but no time to use it. Computer in hotel lobby for printing boarding passes. Will stay there again if in the area!

We roasted needlessly before having staff inform us we had turned on the heat when pushing the three switches between the beds (?)! Why no labels?
Is there any reason why terry face cloths are not included with the towels? Also, why TWO faucets instead of one that could provide water of ANY temperatures?
