The reception staff were very welcoming and the room was spotless. It was all very comfortable and quiet at night. Good standard for the price. Did not have any food so can't comment on that, but did have a free shuttle lift to the airport early in the morning - again, very friendly and efficiently organised.

By the way I am a offshore worker but if you plan to stay here Mon thru to Thurs night it will be full of guys going offshore the next day. So if your a couple you may want somewhere more romantic and lass clinical. The place is fine and clean enough. Anything over 70 quid is overpriced unless they chuck parking in.

My husband and I booked for 2 nights accommodation and breakfast. Pillows were like house bricks. Room was very clean, bathroom was clean but washbasin was tiny. Milk for making tea was off. We had breakfast fine on our first morning but on the second morning there was a sign in reception saying no hot food available only cold. I asked for a refund on our breakfasts which I received. I wasn't prepared to pay for breakfast when only continental breakfast was available. Not ideal when we had a long journey ahead of us. Staff were welcoming and friendly but we won't be returning to this hotel and we do visit Aberdeen quite often.

The good stuff: This place is perfect location for Aberdeen airport which is a 5 minute easy walk away. It has a very relaxed atmosphere, and the staff are friendly. Although I didn't eat, the menu looked very tempting. Bed was comfortable with plenty pillows, and the windows opened. Quiet night too. The not so good stuff: The room and in fact whole corridor smelled horribly of sweaty feet. It was cloying. If I wasn't so tired I would have asked for a room shift It was that powerful. The bar was filled with a fugue of burnt cooking smells, which stuck to the clothes and hair. The shower room was tiny and not much space to move in. It's a shame about the heavy unpleasant aromas. I tried to be objective in rating this visit as although the bad smell is a big negative for me, it's perhaps not entirely the hotels fault? But not for me.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful price, all staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help ! Bill the bus driver you are awesome thanks for the lift and the local info you saved me time & money !! Will definitely use this hotel again Connie Australia

The purpose of an Inn is to provide a good resting place which includes a good night of sleep. Low cost mattresses do not do that and I slept poorly. It is a budget hotel but it was my view that they'd pushed the minimisation of outlay too far. The bathroom was new and the same issue of cost cutting came up here. The shower was the type fixed to the wall with no hose forcing one to get wet all over. It was also the minimum cubic centimetres possible. Bring your own toiletries as bottled "soap" is all you'll get. The room was clean and well maintained. I cannot conceive why there were no trouser hangers, only six coat/dress hangers without the trouser bar. But it cost only £39 with free parking for the night and good wifi. One can pay to leave one's car if travelling. It's a short walk only to departures, a fact which is belied by the quietness. Breakfast was £10 for a full cooked breakfast which was of a good standard. I ate in the bar when I arrived; the restaurant was shut but the menu operated in the bar. Large steak was good. The convenience factor was high.

The menu here is varied with the option of dining either in bar or restaurant. But one thing of note was the impressive, unobtrusive and friendly service given by the waiter on duty - name of Kevin. Not just for me but the room as a whole. I only mention this because I've been here before with the same result. For the food I had a very well prepared rare rib eye, the trimmings and a good house red. Not a complaint anywhere.

Booked through work and one of the cheapest, so reviewing as a budget brand. This is a small hotel clustered amongst the larger brands right next to Aberdeen Dyce Airport. A short 10 minute walk around the airport car-hire carpark (no, you can't walk through!), or by their courtesy bus (which I believe you book). As can be seen in the car-hire park photo. The staff were friendly during my visit, as were the restaurant staff. The rooms are basic with largish OLED TVs and tea/coffee (room 144). The bathrooms are equally basic with no toiletries to use/'borrow', just the typical all-in-one wall mounted soap. Therefore a pretty typical basic hotel from which I expect the following: Quiet: this hotel is right next to the airport and access road, but it was very quiet. Decent shower: vital to waking up right, and although not a power-shower, it was hot, stable and plentiful. Comfortable bed: this is why I've marked the hotel down. The bed was firm but lumpy, and you could feel the springs. I slept okay, but as a good nights sleep is the basic requirement, this cost 2 notches as I know my wife would have complained. It doesn't cost too much to get a decent mattress per room, or a memory-foam topper to greatly improve the quality of sleep. Restaurant: there is a small bar/restaurant just separate from the main hotel. I ate dinner in the cosy bar and the Haddock and Chips were some of the best I've had, although it was served in annoying faux-fryer style. Breakfast in the restaurant is a small selection of continental and cooked breakfasts. Car parking is free for residents for the entirety of your stay (for my hire car). So, overall my first impressions were worrisome, most alieved, but that bed needs sorting out, after which, 5 marks would be possible.

With a 6.45am flight, I managed to leave my recharger and GB plug in my room. It was subsequently sent on to me. Thank you for your honesty and efficiency. I will be returning to this hotel the next time I'm in the area.

Not the Waldorf but not the price of the Waldorf either. Pleasant room, really good staff and exactly what you hope for if you pay for a budget hotel. The food in the bar/restaurant was good value, not gourmet but...
