Very clean. The property takes amazing pride in keeping the guests happy and did a great job
The ocean view from our room and Emily’s Restaurant was great during the day.
I already submitted my glowing review. Look for it in my file.
Pros: Plenty of food, friendly staff, comfortable bed, close to the beach, and quiet. Cons: wifi was awful, tv kept flickering, some old stains on our sheets and pillow cases. Overall, we would stay there again.
If you like the smell of weed it a great place but I wanted a nonsmoking room
The view is unparalleled with a fireplace in the room to add to the ambiance. Having a microwave and refrigerator was awesome. Casino made in feel very honky Toni but it was a fun casino. Service was excellent.
Great rooms , great view , the place could have 5 stars if it wouldn't be for their stuff , nothing opens on time, terrible service everywhere, doing nothing, but asking for huge tips, stay in your room- rooms are great.
Everything was really great , except the buffet! The buffet was absolutely awe full! Not worth the 16.95!
Nice hotel with ocean views and fireplaces. Comfortable beds and easy walk to the beach.
The desk clerk at check-in could not tell the hours for massage nor did she tell me where I could find the information. She did recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner, but when I went there it was a 1 hour wait and no vegetarian entrees. Not a good choice for me. You can see the ocean from the rooms, but you have no access to it. I won't be staying here again.
We had a wonderful stay celebrating my parent's 50th anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and it was incredibly appreciated. Checking in at 4 turned into a 30 minute wait, but we made friends in line and signed up for rewards card while waiting. Drue at the front desk was cheerful and polite during check-in, even with what seemed like a hundred people waiting. Leon with valet helped us with a full luggage cart, offered additional waters and provided helpful tips and said hi to us the rest of the weekend. Richard, also with valet, helped us track down the shuttle driver, even though he was already clocked out and headed home. When we were packing up, he was ready to help us with all the bags. Shuttle driver Stan was a kick in the pants, offering tips for where to eat dinner (we took his advise on Bennett's and it was great), and providing running commentary for the trip to town and back. I didn't catch all their names, but three security guards including Robert were ever so helpful assisting us with setting up a photo back drop by the fireplace to take family photos, even taking the group shots for us. Matt at Emily's was the perfect waiter for our dinner for 12. All our food was great - he brought us so much bread we couldn't even finish it all! Our ocean view rooms were beautiful, the fireplace was really nice to warm up next to after watching sunset on the beach. We can't wait to go back!
We started our stay by being given keys to someone else's room. We walked into a room full of personal belongings, luckily no one was in the room. After that was handled, we were able to settle into our room, which was not very clean. The casino and lobby were actually dirty. However, we ate at Emily's and though the service was not very great, the food was actually very tasty.
had a great time we will stay again in the future.we even walked away with a little winnings
