"Breakfast ok. Room clean. Heat worked.
Was NOT immediately greeted upon arrival. Had no idea where employees were. We stood at counter several minutes and no one came from the back room or any where to check us in. After we were obviously confused & verbalized it between the two of us as what to do in this hotel with no visible employees, did the two ppl from popcorn machine come to the counter & started to check us in! We weren’t the only people at the counter waiting. There was one other lady behind us."
