"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this restored historic inn. The front porch and second story porch have lovely views of Wise's downtown. Our room was pristine and we even enjoyed having to take the historic stairs up to our room in the oldest part of the inn. The staff was excellent and very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast had some style of hot eggs and sausage each day. The muffins were really good, and my husband appreciated the choice of instant oatmeal or grits. We will definitely be returning when we visit children in the area."
