Staff was amazing and friendly, beautiful look all around. But the sheets on our beds were dirty and had to ask for clean ones. There was an open condom wrapper in the trash can. No trash bags, had to ask for those. Carpet looks like it needs to be shampooed. Our room was dusty. While at the indoor pool, our 3 kids were scared to death (youngest was traumatized) by a man beating on the door from the outside. The man was intoxicated and covered in blood, trying to gain access into the building. There had been a Christmas party the same night as our stay and a fight had broken out, resulting in the guy with blood all over him and trying to get in. Our overall experience wasn’t great. Our youngest child didn’t want us to even get up to go use the restroom and was super scared because of what happened while at the pool. We’re possibly willing to try it once more, hoping to have a clean room the next time.

The staff were extremely friendly and kind, and our event was taking place in the hotel which was very convenient so uniforms could be switched However getting into our room was like a maze and the room was very dated and smelled gross. My husband literally had to clean the toilet seat as it was very dirty. It was pretty disappointing

No room service. Not even a bag in the trash cans in the room. Furniture was really worn down. Very outdated rooms. We'll just blame laziness on the coronavirus too. For almost $200/night i was expecting a little more

The facility is stunning

We were here for a volleyball tournament. It was so convenient as the conference center/vball courts are connected to the hotel. The room carpets are stained and either need a deep cleaning or just new carpeting. 2 of 3 of the elliptical in the gym did not work so that was disappointing. It would be nice if Wi-Fi was included.

This was a clean & comfortable place to stay. The gym was open and every other machine was open to promote social distancing. That was so appreciated !

Location, room, and surroundings were very nice. We stayed for a hospital visit. It might be a great large group place, but as a couple we sort of fell through the cracks. We chose it partly for the restaurant. Front desk said it was open. It wasn’t, but “room service” was available. When I ordered they wanted $5 to bring my food to my room. 40 minutes later, I hunted down my cold order at the front desk. We stayed 2 nights. No maid service. It served the purpose and the room was comfy, but I wouldn’t choose it again.

It is very convenient to be under the same roof as the conference center.

Great hotel. Quiet location, bed was comfortable. Close to where i was attending a program.

Hotel itself was fine, nice environment, and friendly staff. Only problem was that the pool was disgusting. It was super cloudy, and can’t see the bottom on the 3ft side. When I told the front desk they were like oh we’ll get engineering to take a look. If it’s supposedly a resort, someone should be monitoring the pool condition multiple times a day. That part was disappointing.

Beautiful well appointed hotel with a kind of a throwback vibe.

We always stay at Meadowview when visiting Kingsport. The staff are great and it's always welcoming to come here. I've never used all of the amenities, but have eaten the breakfast, and although it doesn't come with the price of the room, it is reasonable. It is always decorated so nice for the holidays! You won't be disappointed! Close enough to downtown yet quiet and easy to get anywhere.

The restaurant staff was great, the food was fair. Housekeeping was good. the sitting in room was wrong by you. It was said to have a sitting area, which was one hard chair.I paid extra for breakfast no info. for that at check in.

I was only in town for one night for a concert and found this hotel very nice. Got a free upgrade and the staff was very helpful on telling me where I needed to go and how to get there.

Horrible Stay. Staff lost my retainer that was in a glass being cleaned. I spoke to the manager who didn't offer to reimburse me for the substantial cost.

Everything was nice & clean . We enjoyed all the thing there . The food is great to.

My parents and I had booked rooms at this hotel The "Marriott Medowview Conference Resort & Convention Center". We were in town for a wedding that was at the Allandale Mansion on a Saturday. The description of the High-Speed Internet is misleading; If you are a Marriott Platinum or Gold Member you get free internet - both wired or wireless, but if you are not, the internet runs $12.95 + tax per day/per room. I'm also assuming this is per connection as well; as I didn't ask but just as a precautionary measure. Other than that the hotel was very comfortable. The bed is by far the best bed I've slept in at any hotel that I've ever stayed at.

Lobby and common areas are under construction. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The meals were very good both at the restaurant and the bar. The service was very good. Housekeepers did a great job.
