Yes, the rumors have been proven true. As Celine Dion confirmed on Oprah earlier this week, the five-time Grammy winner is coming back to a Las Vegas hotel next year, beginning on March 15, 2011.

Celine Dion tickets go on sale today for the first 54 performances of her three year-agreement.

Those Celine fans who saw her original Cirque du Soleil-produced show are in for a different experience this time, as she returns to the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, with 31 musicians, including a full orchestra and some players who have been with her since the beginning of her career. The theme will be classic Hollywood romance, with Dion singing a repertoire of movieland classics as well as her own top hits.

If you plan a stay at Caesars when you come to see Celine, some of the huge Las Vegas hotel’s other highlights include the restaurants of star chefs Guy Savoy and Bradley Ogden, world-class Qua spa and celebrity-magnet Color by Michael Boychuck salon, and designer shopping throughout the Forum Shops.

Caesars Palace also offers a wide array of accommodations to consider, from solid standard rooms to palatial suites good enough for the President (yes, really: President Obama stayed here).
