Nice property under renovation. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The safe and the phone wasn’t working when we first arrived, but they were fixed later. Everybody was friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to spend a few days on the beach.

Beautiful beach and pools. Staff always available for assistance. So clean and room refreshed daily. Activities were not well publicized and some water aerobics never happened. Food was great Noise was present with beach weddings, bands and fireworks til midnight.
Amenities were great and prices were reasonable
Nice views of the bay and a short walk to the Marina with plenty of shops and restaurants. The room service dishes didn't seem to be particularly tasty or fresh.
Property is quite old and could use a remodel. There was barely anyone staying there. Hotel staff is very friendly and kind. But it’s not worth $279 a night
Very quiet hotel. Lots of plants it was lovely. Possible more chairs at the pool. Some were blocked off for social distance between guest but it they weren’t cleaned up quickly there were no seats.

The cleanliness of the hotel was good above average. However the staff weren’t the friendliest or the most helpful. The food and drinks were average as well. We preferred to eat at the marina about a 10-15 minute walk. Expect hard beds and bad pillows. The location is also far from downtown average taxi ride is about 15 mins and a little over $7 per ride. I would not stay again.

I thought overall the property was really nice. My only issue was when I booked I thought I booked all inclusive (the only reason we made the trip). I even talked to an orbitz representative to confirm and when we got to the Westin they had no confirmation of this. We ended up spend 1200 more than originally planned. And Westin charged me more per day for all inclusive and the room than Orbitz was listing for our stay. This was incredibly disappointing. The staff was great, pool was great, but this put a huge damper on our overall stay
