In general we had nice short stay. Yet the fire alarm in our room was out of battery and the hotel is fully occupied that there’s no room to change to, so we had to fall into sleep hearing the alarm beeping all night! Other than that, it’s a nice hotel with good price and they offer free continental breakfast! Prepare some $1 tips to the lady who’ll make your egg sausage and toast breakfast! Nice looking small pool and jacuzzi yet i had to work a bit so didn’t get to enjoy!
Workers are rude. They charged us a 200 dollar smoking fee and we don’t smoke. Jessica is the worst and barked that we wouldn’t get our money back. It took us four months but we finally did
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room. Parking and breakfast were free. The hotel felt like a nice, comfortable place.
It’s terrible, the room was smelled like pee, the bathroom smelled so bad and my room was on the first floor it’s so loud I can’t even sleep all night.
I’ve stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and free breakfast. This time I was charged an extra 200$ I called and spoke with the manager and she said it was a few for smoking in the room. I am pregnant, don’t smoke, husband doesn’t smoke, our baby that we had with us doesn’t smoke either. We had made popcorn and burned it and that’s the only thing I could think MAY have left some type of odor, besides the strong smell of MILDEW while giving our baby a bath! The manager, Jessica would not give me her name and hung up on me! I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank and will have drag my pregnant butt to the bank with my baby to get a temporary arm card while they are trying to resolve this issue. The front desk even transferred me to another disgruntled customer who was wrongly being charged for stealing a blanket! Looks like this place has decided to charge people extra for all sorts of nonsense! I cannot believe they said I smoked in there! I am truly upset and will be warning my friends and associates to beware of this location! Jessica, you are the epitome of TERRIBLE customer service I cannot believe how you treated a repeat customer so badly!
