The property location is great and the amenities were amazing. We stayed in an ocean front spa suite and it was great. The food and service were top notch and the staff went out of their way to make you feel safe. If you’re up for traveling during this pandemic, this place is an oasis of tranquility.

We chose this for our 25th anniversary celebration. We had a perfect stay, and love everything about this property. The are staff outstanding as is the ambiance, food/restaurants, service, rooms, accommodations, gym, spa, pools, beach—every detail is exceptional. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. We will be back every year!!
This resort is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. The staff is ridiculously nice and amenable. Your personal concierge is so helpful and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous. I literally have nothing bad to say. Highly recommend this resort and cannot wait for our next trip!

I’d read all the reviews. You have too. It’s why you’re reading this one. Past TWO security checks (thank you for keeping out the drunk college kids who stay at ME) In the circular driveway I’m greeted by my PERSONAL concierge, Mario. They offer a welcome alcoholic drink and a non alcoholic one. We opted for alcohol. No front desk check in. A quick tour of the place (yeah, it gorgeous!) and we’re off to our room. Oh, they upgraded us! Room is wonderful with dual open area showers, bathrobes, slippers, and another complimentary cocktail (I can get used to this). The outdoor patio is larger than some New York apartments complete with hammock and view of the Sea of Cortez. The pool areas are just like the photo’s. Unlike other reviewers who complained about not being able to find chairs, we had no problem (then again, we didn’t stay on a weekend). Best of all… NO KIDS! Just a nice pool you can swim laps in or swim up for a drink… or twelve. Other reviews felt the pool service was lacking. Not only were there plenty of attendants, the guacamole and chicken nacho’s made my tummy smile. Did I mention NO KIDS! The beach is rocky and you can’t swim in it. I just told you, It’s too ROCKY! The sand isn’t, “sandy.” Its cat litter that gets under your flip flops and makes your walk look like you have to go to the bathroom. The grounds are spectacular Spa was hit and miss. Lady friend loved her facial, my massage was so-so

Most amazing vacation at the ESPERANZA resort. The place is heaven on earth. All the staff is adorable and so graceful. The pools with the view on the Ocean are magnificent. The food is delicious. The bedroom are gorgeous and the beds are so comfortable. I never slept so well in my life. Highly recommended

Nice hotel, but for a place that is far from other restaurants and you have to rely on their kitchen, the food was average and very expensive.
My husband and I travelled to Esperanza for my 30th birthday. We do not usually spend so much money on hotels so this was definitely a splurge for us. We booked the Garden view casita for 2 nights through Orbitz. Immediately after booking, we were contacted by the concierge to find out our flight schedule/special requests etc. My husband worked with our concierge Paula to schedule tequila tasting, a spa appointment and the dinner on the beach. We thought that all the experiences were AMAZING Value for what money was charged. We were upgraded on check in to an gorgeous room on a higher floor with a jacuzzi and an amazing patio. The entire setting was so upscale, romantic and dreamy. We had an amazing tequila tasting experience , enjoyed the glorius dusk and dawn on our patio and saw cruise ships sailing in the distance. The bath tub with salts was a nice touch ! I got the clay wrap + masssage at the Spa and the spa experience was incredible. I loved how they had personal huts for each person and they took outdoor shower to a whole new level. I thoroughly enjoyed my spa experience. We had dinner on the beach on my birthday and our server Abdul left no stone unturned to make it incredible. We were even able to order something not on the menu to eat ! The setting with tiki torches, rose petals and the crescent moon were perfection.The dinner setting was definitely something we will remember for the rest of our lives. Highly recommend!
