Nice secure parking inside a courtyard. Good for travelers who have a lot of stuff in the car and need an enclosed car park. Staff was delightful, Bed was very comfortable. I'd stay again
Wonderful stay! The hotel is in the city center and a few minutes away from the seaside. Not far there's a delicios seafood restaurant (Bismarkcito). The staff was very nice, they even let me check-in early, the room was very clean, and there was fast wifi as well. Lovely!

I stayed here for 5 nights while taking a medical Spanish class that was held at this hotel. It's a 3 block walk from the water (the Malecon), and there are restaurants/bars in all directions to enjoy. Staff was super nice. Breakfast is included via a cafe right next door (they give you a ticket to redeem breakfast). They include free bottled water in your room. Overall, great place to stay!
Incredible experience from start to finish. They went over and beyond in every way. SO helpful and accommodating to everyone. The most helpful sweet front desk staff.
Can't say enough how friendly and nice the staff is at this hotel. They welcomed us and when they saw that we were traveling with my mother-in-law in a wheelchair, instantly moved us to a handicapped-capable room. That was very nice and they were very helpful with information around town as well.
Was a very pleasant stay in this hotel. A few blocks from the beach and very courteous and attentive staff. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is a few streets up from the water front in a quiet neighborhood near two excellent restaurants. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was large with a spacious shower and the staff was friendly and helpful. Most spoke English pretty well. Small pool.
