Condo is on the first floor no hassle with stairs or elevators step out your door and walk 50-75ft right onto your private beach. This condo includes all new furniture in the living room and dining room, fully updated kitchen equipped with all stainless steel appliances, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. A modern dining area with a view of the beach while you eat and entertainment area with a 55” flat screen TV with high speed Wi-Fi, and cable access. One new king size bed is provided for your comfort. Washer and dryer included in the condo along with your own covered parking spot and pool access to enjoy.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

Excellent condo great location wonderful views
The condo has an excellent location short walk across the lawn to the beach very secure small community great view from the living area of the ocean perfect for my wife and myself. The location is excellent halfway between Lauderdale-By-The-Sea night life and Pompano Beach. Highly recommend and I'm a seasoned Traveler.
