Short distance to the beach
Liked that it was right on beach with chairs and umbrellas available. Disliked the room (306) the end units doors slammed so hard woke us every morning around 6-6:30am. Could not order a cocktail once while there - short staffed.
Im a local South Floridian. The hotel is surrounded by condominiums. Must drive/walk 1.5 miles north for a convenient story or other restaurants. Our room had spill stains from previous guests on the doors/walls/floor. The fabric couch had unsightly stains (we covered it with a flat sheet before sitting). The restaurant is below mid level. I asked for 3 straws & they wanted to charge me $3. Another hotel guest was denied restaurant service because she had already checked-out & wasn’t staying the night. No background music in any of the common areas. Only 1 elevator for the entire building. Overall, the atmosphere felt like it was a soft opening & they were still trying to iron out the kinks, and we will never be returning guests. Valet was stellar, especially Mr Luis!!
Overall, the place is nice. Gym is small but has the basics. Rooms are nice and clean. Just walk out through the patio and your steps from the beach. 2 things i didn’t like. VALET only. $25 plus to park a day. The other….. get some soft door hydraulic closers. Or people are just plain rude slamming those doors at all times of the day and night.

Great property with an amazing staff and service!
Great restaurant staff and front desk staff was friendly. Room was not as roomy as advertised and I had to ask for towels which should’ve already been in the room when I checked in. Nevertheless, it’s not luxurious hotel but it served the purpose for my 2-night stay there for a friend’s wedding nearby.
The valet was mandatory…. There was a mandatory $30 valet fee… but there was a parking garage downstairs and Empty .. I didn’t see a reason to have a mandatory $30 valet fee.. Orbitz should notify the client before booking
Wish it had a hot tub. Everything else was great.

This hotel is lacking in many ways. There is little to no staff on site. My room was double booked so I didn't even get the suite I needed to accommodate my family. Rooms were never cleaned, no housekeeping, and no towels available. This place is more like a condominium that has been converted into a hotel but is lacking all the perks of a hotel. Only valet parking, which was annoying for coming and going with a busy family. The beach. is beautiful, but there are not chairs set up and no one around to help set up.
