The staff were mostly young adults. From the front desk to those servicing the rooms or generally walking about the hotel, going about their respective tasks, were extremely attentitve, courteous and personable. They primarily are the reason for my five star review.
Loved the pond and the warm waters of the swimming pool.

two consecutive days that they did not make the beds in the room and not even in the morning of the next day they ask if the service is required, when I return to the room late the second day I again find beds without making cloths without changing, when I consult at the reception they inform me until that day that I must request the cleaning service, since it is so late I did not request the service, having the previous experience on the third day when I left the room at 9 am I requested that the room be cleaned as usually happens in all hotels, I returned to the room around 4:30 pm and they still hadn't made the room. It was until 6 pm that they came to accommodate the room and make changes of cloth, everything seems to be short-staffed and there is a lack of information for the clients, be careful
