This hotel is great to stay at prior to a cruise and afterwards great shopping nearby and dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The good: Room was great. Perfect size. Quiet. Clean The bad: they ran out of plates, coffee cups and water glasses throughout the breakfast buffet time. Someone was camped out and sleeping in the area used for buffet dining - looked like they slept the night there.
Nice place but parking you have to pay each day
I left an AirTag , I came 8 days later to pickup it up and it was not there las location was like 10 mins away from de Hotel. The day we left it we called to front desk and they said they found it come pick it up. Conclusion is that someone from the front desk took it. That’s very sad ! They should not do that !l
The service was not good! The beds were bad, shower had mold, doors slamming loud at 4:00am, needs an update, we had no blankets for our sons bed, the sheets in his fold out bed had hair all in them, it just was not a good stay and would not go back!!

The facilities were clean and well maintain. However upon the entrance of the hotel I could smell trash. Which I brought up to the attention of the people at the front desk. It was handled however I would like to say that perhaps disponsal of trash.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We always want you to feel welcomed, but we apologize for being behind on breakfast supplies. That's one of the major reasons why our hotel is chosen for all travel, whether it be business or leisure. People who are not staying with us cannot be in the hotel as we do have security.
