The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs during my stay. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. I would recommend it to other people. I like that it is close to the beach and right next to the waffle house.
This place was so awful! I would never recommend it! The pictures made it look nice!! NO WAY! 👎OUR DOOR WOULDNT PROPERLY LOCK...GREASY OILY FLOORS...NASTY DOORS TOILETS AND TUBS! spend a few extra $$$ stay somewhere else
The room had an overwhelming bleach smell when we entered. The room seemed clean. When my husband and I left the room we took everything that had any value and our medications with us. The surrounding area felt very unsafe and the clientele we saw in and around the property made us very uncomfortable. We were on the side of the property that faces the freeway and train tracks so it was VERY noisy. I sleep with earplugs and I could still hear the traffic. I would call this a motel because all of the rooms open to the outside property. If my room opens to an inside hallway I consider that a hotel. I would not have stayed here if I was traveling without my husband. The signs claim they are remodeling but I really saw no evidence of that. Only one elevator worked. One of the security gates was left open all night.
I would not recommend this hotel. It's close to the highway, very noisy, hotel is dirty and the cleaning staff STOLE MY STUFF OUT OF MY SUITCASE. Not happy at all! cleaning staff stole my white light machine out
Older hotel and it is showing its age. Receptacle in room were very loose and it was hard to charge phones. Cable TV had a lot of static to the point of being nearly unwatchable. Renovations were being done on the other side of the hotel while we there so hopefully some of these items will be addressed. Pool was very nice and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was garbage in the hallway. There was a tile in the elevator missing. The lock on my door didn’t work. I was deceived on what hotel I was staying at. Don’t ever stay here.
