From the check inn process to the cleanliness of the room and property was excellent. Receptionist jordan was awesome and very helpful.
It was a nice swimming pool, friendly front desk people, good size rook, and OK sandwiches near the check-in area. The bathroom had hair from prior customers all over, so I am not sure how well the total room was cleaned. The Bistro had overpriced burgers with French fries--the burger with fries similar to a McDonalds $5-6 meal cost $15. I was asked if I wanted to have a bacon on the burger and was told it would cost even $5 more.

Overall an ok stay. The outside structure is def not like the photos. The room had a wet carpet smell. Hallways had a horrible scent also. I expected it to be more modern outside look, the building looks old from the outside. Upon check in, the computer was down so I had to leave for 2 hours then come back to finally check in.
The staff at the hotel were very good. They were polite, friendly and always very helpful. The Bistro restaurant serves breakfast and evening meals, and has a full bar. The food, in general, was good .

i walked in and the front desk person was on a call but never raised his head to acknowledge me or say one moment, i did not mind he was on the phone but after waiting 10 minutes and not even being acknowledge is not great service, however everything was really clean and everything was easy to access!!! spacious king bed room!!
Wouldn’t mind staying here again
Didn’t have much interaction with staff because of the pandemic. Person at the desk really didn’t talk to us, asked for name and gave us keys.

Property was clean, foyer area nice and inviting. Room was cleaned but had horrible musty, moldy smell. Bed was uncomfortable. We were told that breakfast would be from 6-10am we arrived downstairs at 9:30am and there was nothing out. We left the hotel, would not stay there again if in town

Tv doe not work if you want to hook up a gaming system. The volume will be extremely high and there isn’t anything you can do about it unfortunately.
